A beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo for sun and fun! Private, key accessible pool across the street and private access to the soft sands of the beach and ocean breezes. Both are a two minute walk from our front door. Brand new kitchen stocked with tools and appliances for those who cook, spa-worthy full bathroom, soft linens, new dishes, cozy L-shaped couch and brand new beds that sleep 6 are ready to make your next vacation your best vacation. Also, there is a washer/dryer in the downstairs half bath. Best of all, no high rise elevators to deal with!

Centrally located and walking distance from bars and restaurants you can leisurely go from toes in the sand to dinner within minutes.

This was the perfect place to stay to be close to the beach (with not much crowd), as well as close to things in town! The wagon with big wheels was an added plus. We definitely plan to come back!

Family Vacation

Place was perfect for my small family. My siblings and other family members were in Choctaw Beach House, which was a short walk. Sand toys, beach umbrella and beach towels were all available for us to use. A wagon was ordered for us, since previous one was damaged in a storm. Only thing that could have made it better was a small clothes line or drying rack out back, to dry our swim clothes in the FL heat quickly . Overall the place was great and we had a great family vacation, a lot of memories were made.

Very pleased with our stay. The place had everything you needed for a beach stay. Plenty of towels, umbrellas and beach chairs. 10/10 recommend. We would stay here again.

Perfect Little Getaway

Great location. Very short walk to beach and pool was across the parking lot. Very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. Cute decor. Felt right at home and really couldn't ask for more. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had. Will definitely book again!

Beautifully updated townhome next to En Soleil. Steps to the beach. Easy parking. Restaurant 1 block away. Loved our stay and the convenience.

Perfect for our family!

We really enjoyed our stay in PCB in large part due to this condo. It was perfect for our family and provided all of the amenities we were looking for in a vacation rental. We loved the obvious recent upgrades. We had a couple of small issues (not the owners fault) that were rectified very quickly and Mary was quick to respond to any questions I had. We will definitely look to stay here in the future.

Great place and I would rent again!

The property was perfect for us. It was very clean and updated. It was literally a couple of minutes to the beach! I thought from the pics that there was a back patio but there is not so we had to spend time in the evenings out front in the parking area and I did think there would be more restaurants and bars within walking distance. I enjoyed the area and the locals! One request I would have if staying there again would be more than one key to go through the gate to the private beach area and pool. We had 4 teenagers with us and did not do things all together so this was a bit of a pain. I would recommend this vrbo and Panama City and the beaches are awesome!

Stones Throw From The Beach - *perfect name*

We had a 30th birthday girls trip and loved everything about our stay! Mary was so kind and thoughtful! Upon arrival we had 4 champagne glasses set out with some Prosecco Sparkling Wine - needless to say it was a great start to our trip! There were PLENTY of towels (bath & beach)! I was so impressed with the TWO Shark vacuums - definitely helped keep the sand under control. Oh, and the beds…SO COMFORTABLE! This cozy little home was quite literally a stones throw from the beach. Thank you for making it perfect, Mary! Highly recommend booking this place.

2023 Nationals

This place is lovely, close to beach, close to pool and close to where the Platinum Dance Nationals were being held. Had a K-Cup and regular Coffee Maker, Air Fryer YES!!! Has full size hair dryer and a great washer and Dryer! Neighbors that live there year round were very nice and friendly. My only comment is the kitchen did not have a baking tray (cookie sheet) and the can opener doe snot work. You won't be disappointed renting this place. Thank you for sharing your beach home!

BEST VACATION!!

If you’re thinking about booking, do it! It was perfect for our family loved every minute. Mary was very responsive! Came with everything we needed towels, umbrella, beach chairs and more. Pool was great had it all to ourselves. The private beach access was less than a 2 minutes it’s was amazing. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay. So great…we extended our trip. We will absolutely stay here again! Great location with easy and quick beach access. The walk to the beach is shorter than some ocean front condos we have stayed in. Mary is great!

Loved our stay

Loved this house. It was everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Easy access to the beach. Only thing was the listing stated 7 or 8 people could sleep. But we found out it was only enough for 6 in the beds. It wasnt a deal breaker. Next time I will be sure to check the pictures to verify beds. Lastly. I would've appreciated if the host at least said thank you for your stay at the end. I love that they didnt bother me during my stay. But even when I spend the smallest amount anywhere. I want to be appreciated especially with so much competition out. Overall we would stay again if we were in the area.

Awesome Loaction!

Wonderful spot close enough without being Beach front. We've stayed on the beach before and had a longer walk than this rental had. Nice and quiet neighborhood away from all the hustle and noise. Would definitely stay again!

Beach, Scuba and more!

Great private beach access that is very very close. Excellent proximity to Scuba shops and marinas that the charters depart. Good proximity to Walmart, Walmart liquor and many good restaurants without being in that busy mess. The condo was fantastic and appeared to be recently renovated. Also, the pool is steps away from the front door.

Nice new renovations & a very short walk to the beach made for a perfect little place to stay.

It was a great little getaway spot in the perfect location. Close enough to walk or take a quick drive for anything you could want or need yet far enough away from the hustle & bustle of PCB during prime vacation time that you could avoid the crowds if you choose to. And the private beach access allowed for plenty of room to spread out & put your toes in the sand.

Great experience

Property was a very short walk from the beach and very close to major shopping. Truly enjoyed staying here. I appreciated the abundance of towels and the fact the kitchen was stocked past just the basics.
