Waterfront brand new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage fully furnished with high-end finishings for you to enjoy. Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room overlooking the scenic Sou-West River. The living room has internet TV (No cable)and high-speed internet with Wi-Fi. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and a full ensuite bathroom featuring a custom tile glass shower. The other 3 bedrooms all have queen-sized beds. The large wrap-around deck is where you'll want to spend your time! The grass is just seeded but there is lots of room at the bottom for kids to play or walk to the beach and watch the kids search for sea glass for hours! Gorgeous firepit to enjoy in the evenings. !

Such a beautiful home in a picturesque setting. A relaxing country location centrally located on PEI making it perfect for day trips to explore the island. Darcy was very responsive and a great host.

The house is situated at the end of a lane and offers tranquility in a central location. The waterfront view was picturesque and peaceful, and the backyard and deck were enjoyed by kids and adults. Waterfront is accessible through the tall grass but the terrain is uneven going down. Would be great to have a true path created. The house was also well-kept. It was incredibly clean and the fixtures updated.The house is well-situated to get around the island. Cavendish beach is 20 minutes away. The closest grocery store was in Kensington, about 10 min away, but the closest town of note was Summerside, which was about 20. There were several good restaurants within driving range (we highly-recommend Sou'West), and Charlottetown is about 45-50 minutes. The entire home is located on one floor. From the pictures of the house, it looks like there is a lower level, but the basement is unfinished. The front of the home has a large open-concept space with a nice kitchen. The 4 bedrooms are all at the back of this floor. We were 4 adults and 4 children and fit into the home considering we spent the days out of the house, but the sleeping quarters are a bit tight for 8. Likewise, the dining room table seats 6, so we split our group between this and the neighboring kitchen island. Darcy was a great host and responsive at all times. Check-in was seamless and instructions clear. Would definitely recommend this place for groups of 6 and up to 8 if planning on being out most of time.

Fantastic from start to finish! Clean and beautifully appointed home, centrally located in PEI and easy to find. So quiet and peaceful; we loved sitting on the deck in the morning with a coffee and hearing the birds and enjoying the incredible river views. Darcy was extremely responsive for any small issues we encountered.

It was a fantastic experience! Everything seemed brand new and spotless. The view of sunset was breathtaking! It was an added bonus being pet-friendly. Max felt right at home. It was nice that every time we contacted the host, she responded right away. We definitely would re-book.

Lovely getaway

Beautiful, quiet property. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lady Bug Lane with my elderly parents. I especially enjoyed mornings and evenings on the deck. Not far from Cavendish or Summerside. Totally recommend a side trip to Thunder Cove Beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Lovely Stay

We so much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect. Super clean home, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and tableware and having the lovely deck with a bbq was a plus. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Such a cute and quiet spot in PEI close to the national park and it’s many beaches! The cottage was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I highly recommend booking this cottage and hope to stay here again in the future!

BEST VACATION EVER

We stayed for the week -our two children from Alberta flew into Charlottetown and joined us; as well, our son from Nova Scotia joined us. It was an ideal location because we were close to a lot of things we wanted to do- however, we were far enough away to be very quiet. It was located on a river, so we saw beautiful sunsets as well as cranes, and eagles. The house was large enough for us all to have our own space. We made many wonderful memories!!!

Stunning cottage

Absolutely beautiful property. Definitely the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Quiet location and gorgeous views. Couldn’t find the beach that was a 5 minute walk away, but Cavendish was only a short drive.

The Perfect Getaway

We stayed on Lady Bug Lane the first few days of our Canada adventure from the US. It was such a quaint and lovely little property with all the amenities we needed. The view from the back patio was stunning and it was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. So glad we found this place. We’d definitely recommend!

Great Island Stay

Absolutely beautiful spot to stay while exploring the island! Very convenient to lots of tourist attractions. We were over for a family wedding in New London so it was an especially convenient spot for us. The cottage has amazing views from sunrise to sunset over the water along with being immaculate inside with all necessities included. You couldn't go wrong booking a stay here!

Beautiful Cottage

What a beautiful cottage! It was extremely clean, the view was amazing! It was a short drive to Cavendish and 7 minute drive to our son’s wedding venue! I will definitely be back and will highly recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful property and lovely stay

Our group of 7 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The view out the large back deck was breathtaking. The check in process was simple and easy, the host Darcy was friendly and helpful. We would recommend it to anyone visiting PEI.

Perfect Escape

We had the best week staying at this beautiful cottage in Clinton. I thought the pictures might be too good to be true but it’s exactly as advertised! You get the true cottage experience - quiet and peaceful (and if you’re lucky, some of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see), but you’re not too far from the great restaurants and attractions PEI has to offer. If you enjoy golfing, the 9-hole track across the street is a great bonus. The property manager, Darcy, was always quick to respond. We hope to be back soon!
