Make your morning coffee and walk out the back deck to enjoy the morning sunrise over looking the water! Foosball, ping pong and air hockey in the basement make for the best family friendly stay!

Welcome to the best kept secret on Lake Martin! The north end of the lake has calm water perfect for water skiing and fishing! Quiet neighborhoods and you’ll even see the wildlife on the lake! The house is on deep water (over 10 ft) off of our dock! The Russell Marine- River North Marina is 5 minutes away and there is a public boat launch at Alex City Boat Launch 8 minutes away to launch your boat for a fun day on the water! You can rent a big boat at the marina or paddle boards or kayaks at the Float Alabama shop on the way to Dadeville.

As you walk inside you'll find a bright and open kitchen and living room with huge, lovely views of the lake. You can walk out onto the large covered back balcony to enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise! Over the fireplace in the living room, you'll find a 55in Roku Smart TV to log into your favorite streaming channels. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, oven, Keurig Duo for a pot of drip coffee or a single serving Keurig pod.

You'll also find a primary bedroom with a queen bed and connecting bath with a tub shower. Head down the hall to 2 more bedrooms each with a queen bed and a second bathroom with additional tub shower. We also have a desk and chair with high speed wifi access for your remote working needs!

Go through the laundry room to head down to the basement and you're in for a treat! The stairs open up to a great room with a foosball table, ping pong table and a hotshot basketball game for all the fun with friends and family! 2 large couches and a Roku Smart TV to log into your favorite streaming channels on those rainy days. In the basement you'll also find a large bathroom with walk-in shower and big bunk room featuring 2 bunk beds with full size twin trundles to easily sleep 6 on mattresses. From the basement you can walk out onto the huge back deck with a large grill, and lots of seating!

Off the back deck you can walk down the steps to reach the large dock and jump in the water! Or make a fire in the fire pit next to the deck! All with gorgeous views of the lake! We also have 3 kayaks available for guest use in the boat house down by the water.

Due to the very quiet nature of our neighborhood, we kindly ask that you please respect the quiet hours between 9pm-7am. No parties will be permitted at any time of day.

We provide a starter pack of paper towels and toilet paper, soap and shampoo, a dishwasher pod and a laundry pod. Please plan to bring any additional supplies you may need for the duration of your stay.
