STAY! In our farm themed Monitor style Barndominium property fully furnished with 4 bedrooms and 12 beds spread across 2,160 square feet of living space. Built in 2020 this unique property is set in a beautiful country setting among a plethora of mature trees and over 400 foot of private creek on 3.5 acres!

PLAY! Just steps away from the home is our barn boasting brand new state of the art indoor pickleball courts. Professional court surfacing and nets, adequate spacing, and the building is fully enclosed, insulated, and heated and cooled!

Beautiful property! The house was great for our group of 12 people. The beds were comfortable and access to the Pickleball courts was perfect for us. Would definitely come back.

Clean and spacious

We had a fantastic time at paddle creek! The house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owner was very responsive to all my questions. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Fun Getaway

This is a great place to get a group of friends or family and play for a weekend. Facilities are clean and the owner is super friendly. We will be back.

Great place to stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was very clean and cozy! My family and I really enjoyed the place. It’s location was great close to the highway and to Walmart and dollar tree. We definitely want to come back!

Septic mishap

Nice roomy property with convenient access to pickleball courts! Lots of sleeping options for our family group of 10. Everyone from teens to seniors enjoyed the trip. Unfortunately there was a septic malfunction which wasn’t pleasant to say the least. The property manager quickly attempted to correct the problem but had to call-in professional help which delayed the fix.

Very Fun Stay

Great spot to chill! My family and I stayed here for a quick weekend trip and loved the spot. Loved the cleanliness and décor. The pickleball courts were very well made and maintained. We enjoyed a long night playing. Our favorite feature aside from the quality of the courts was the black light pickleball.

Great space for large groups!

The space was perfect for our son's birthday. The pickle ball courts (yes, plural) were amazing! There were some fun surprises as well. You can play in the dark for a more cosmic experience. Everything you need is in the house. Literally, everything. Blake's communication was swift and direct. I would definitely visit this space again.

Paddle Creek Resort-Pickleball Girls Outing

I coordinated a stay at Paddle Creek Resort for a group of friends who all play pickleball together. We checked in, got settled and spent the evening playing on two reserved courts that came with the rental, which were great. We got up the next morning and played all day, including black light games. We had the best time and definitely plan to schedule another get away for us to play again! Blake was great to work with and responded to any questions we had quickly. Thanks for a great place to play and stay!

This property was amazing. Location was great 5 minutes from Wal-Mart in Fairview and about 45 minutes to Nashville. Blake was very responsive when needed. Plenty of room for our entire party. Awesome is all I can say!!!

Unique place

We enjoyed our stay for a few days and the location was quiet and pretty. We did request to check in early so I’m not sure if cleaners had enough time to get the place ready. Overall host was very responsive and accommodating.

Positives - Comfortable beds and clean sheets The air conditioning worked great and kept the house cool Lots of space Negatives - -Driveway - no address or mailbox to help find it -Spider webs and dust EVERYWHERE. -Bath towels were like old rags - small, rough and thin. -Kitchen faucet dripped the whole time we were there. -Front of refrigerator = filthy -Windows = filthy -Kitchen pans = junk -Patio area = SAD -Creek- hard to get to, looks nothing like pictures in listing -Landscaping - hadn't been touched, weeds and tall grass -Downstairs shower - not for older people -Killed multiple cockroaches while there -Bunk bed room - no black out curtains -Supplies for the house were everywhere and not organized in one or two places -No information left about things to do in the area or phone numbers/directions to stores or resturants in the area. -Wifi was great until it went out and then never came back on. Was without internet and TV use for 2.5 days. Place has much potential, but needs a good cleaning and some love.

Beautiful Barndominium - lots of great touches!

This was a great property for our multi-family annual trip. Its location is convenient to Franklin and Nashville. We would absolutely rent this again! My girls loved this one! Good: -Love the decor - practical but gorgeous! -plenty of rooms to fit adults and kiddos -Beds were super comfortable! -Had all of the linens, utensils, appliances you need -wifi was good and we had 9 people and no issues -Upstairs shower was great - my girls want one just like it now! -the pool table was a hit! Things to consider: just a note that when you get into the downstairs bath to shower, the shower curtain liner sucks in around you - kinda of disorientating. I'm guessing a heavy shower liner would solve that easy. It's a beautiful tub and bathroom! -the outdoor seating area needs to be fixed up a little. Some of the hanging lights were down and the gas fire table they have wasn't connected. They do have a fire ring down by the creek but it was a little overgrown. We had no desire to sit by the fire pit since it was July hot but just something helpful for cooler months. -The pictures don't quite indicate that, while it is on 3+ acres and it is relatively private, it is JUST off the road. You can see in the top flr windows from the road. Still not an issue for us as it was pretty private. -Fire alarm started chirping while we were there-it took a little while to get a response and my husband had to remove it. Owner was out of country and responded later. Overall, we loved it!

Pickleball Heaven
