The property was great for our family. My grandkids love the pool. Was very clean and spacious for the 10 of us. We made it to Yosemite on Sunday and enjoyed a fun filled day there. Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding Property

Wonderful home and the game room is great. Love the pool and spa especially the bistro lights around the area. The meditation garden provides an additional place to sit and relax. We will come back for sure.

Beautiful and Fun for Family

Our whole family (including our 4 legged members) had a very nice time. We loved the game room and made great memories. We would stay again without hesitation.

Great stay for a large family.

We had a great stay and the home was very clean and well kept. The carpet is a little stained but that is expected. The hot tub was great and the kids enjoyed a cold plunge. We loved the large gated property for the dogs to run and a good family game of football. The game room is an extra touch but a bit cold.

Family time

Our family had a fun time at this location. The set up was perfect for our grand kids to have fun in the game room when we werent out exploring. We had issues with the hot tub not heating up, the dryer not working, clogged drain, and the oven in main house not coming out of preheat as well as coffee maker in main house not working. We were able to use items in the guest house. Contact with property manager was friendly and somewhat efficient. I had to follow up and received a partial refund for issues we experienced. Not what was advertised

No AC - arrived and temp in the house was 95, house looked exactly like the pictures but 20 yrs older. Property is very dated and not what was advertised- disappointing to say the least

Hi Maryjane, Thank you for letting us know the AC was turned off upon arrival. We will kindly note that we did get a maintenance person over immediately to show everyone how to work the AC units. There is one in the living room and one in each bedroom, so it should be very comfortable, even during major heat waves. Lastly, we apologize we were not able to give you the discount you asked for prior to booking. We have noticed a trend recently that when folks try and ask for a discount, and we are unable to provide one, they generally leave bad reviews on a property. We would recommend other guests read about this home on Air....bnb where there are several great reviews about this very affordable property for larger groups looking for a pool and multi living spaces.

Photos are misleading to the extent the place was dated, and smaller than anticipated especially pool area, AC was adequate but not as cooling as other places we stayed at in Bass Lake the past several years. House was not as cleaned in many areas as one would expect for the price and just lack of cleanliness. It probably would benefit from a deep cleaning, insufficient cookware and utensils in the kitchen. Many pots/cookware old and need to be replaced and overall pots and pans were in bad shape. Upon entry house had a musty smell that lingered probably due to lack of ventilation while closed up. The third bedroom was locked and we could not gain access to bedroom until the next day. The person displaced had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa. All shelves and cabinets were visibly dirty. Our grandmother tripped and fell due to a loose flat stone piece on the entry path to the house. She injured her hands, scraped one knee, sprained her left knee and cut her lip. BBQ pit not cleaned like one should be if maintained. It was spacious and probably in its early days was a very beautiful place to stay. Overall it was adequate, didn’t feel clean, old, so it was overpriced for an okay rating. Some areas were rated poorly, some barely fair but okay rating for the pool, TVs, spaciousness of common area. The guest house was nice but it should be noted that the loft was virtually a crawl space with two beds which two family members reluctantly slept there. Will not return or recommend.

My son got married up in Yosemite and we made it a family mini vacation. We had a wonderful time. It was so beautiful and the communication was great. We truly appreciate them sharing their vacation home with us. We missed it already.
