Very nice stay.

The house was very clean, well decorated, and had plenty of activities for the family to enjoy. Lots of room for all 6 of us.

Great House!

This was a great house for us to stay at in Oak Cliff. We could comfortably fit our family and our dog in the indoor/outdoor space. We loved having the back yard patio with pool table as a bonus. Super clean house too!

Great House, Awful Location

House was clean and suited for 3+ adults. Space was nicely set up with pool table and plenty of TVs. Neighborhood was somewhat centrally located, however in a bad neighborhood. Good customer service from owner!

Charming and Comfortable

This was a great place for us to stay for our annual girls’ weekend. Just a quick Uber/lyft ride from the Bishop Arts District. We had a great time. The house is comfortable, well stocked, and charming. It was cold, so we didn’t enjoy the super cute back courtyard. No need to bring an alarm clock because the neighborhood rooster(s) will have you awake at the first sight of dawn. :)

Small Birthday Gathering

My daughter turned 6 months and we live out of state so I wanted to have a intimate party where she can meet family members and everyone can enjoy themselves. Mia was SO kind and allowed us to have 12 guest to make this happen. The house was not only beautiful but clean, the pictures doesn’t do it justice. I will definitely be rebooking this location again just for a weekend gateway.

Great for a family

Three couples and 4 children, a 5 year old, a 3 year old, a 2 year old, and an 8 month old were very comfortable. One family stayed in the primary bedroom with walk- in closet that had a pack-n-play for the baby and a big mat that they made up as a bed for the 3 year old. They slept well! The other 2 kids shared the small bedroom, one in the queen bed, the other on the futon. Kitchen was pretty well-stocked except for glasses. We bought some wine glasses and regular glasses to contribute to the house. The kids loved the pool, but thankfully got so cold they didn’t last long in it! We lucked out with clear skies during the solar eclipse so the trip was totally worth it!

Fun, cute house

My family and I were in town for a martial arts tournament. The house is in an older neighborhood, but it’s quiet and we felt safe. It was a 15-20 minute drive to pretty much everything, which made it so easy. The house was clean. The beds were very comfortable in all the rooms. We appreciated all the lighting options around the house, as well as all the little touches of art or decor. Mia was very responsive. We had some troubles with the main tv when we first arrived but she was very helpful. The game room was great and we played pool and basketball shots everyday. The air hockey table unfortunately had no pucks to play with. The closets could use a few more hangers each. But honestly this house is still a 5 star in my opinion.

Wonderful Location

I had a fantastic stay with my family at Mia's home! The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with comfortable and stylish furnishings that made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with fluffy pillows and soft sheets that made me sleep like a baby. The house was tranquil and peaceful, making it easy to relax and unwind after a long day exploring Dallas. My kids also loved the large game room, which provided hours of entertainment for them. They didn't want to leave! The house's location was a highlight of my experience. It was situated in a charming, transitional neighborhood with a lot of character, but the real draw for me was the proximity to Kessler Park, Trinity Groves, and downtown Dallas. The park was a true gem, with well-manicured gardens and beautiful walking trails. It was a perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate. Trinity Groves was another highlight. It had a wide variety of delicious restaurants to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the local seafood at the Crab Shack. It was one of the best meals I had during my stay. And with downtown Dallas just a short drive away, it made exploring and finding my way around the city a breeze. Mia was highly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She provided detailed information about the area and was always available to answer any questions. Overall, I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in a great location. Mia is very responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay, and we will definitely come back!

Cozy home vibes

Cozy with lots of room and great area in the back of the house for guests. We celebrated my sons birthday in the back of the house which was perfect for all our guests. I loved the fact that there was even heat to keep our family warm. Mia was readily available to assist with any of our needs and provided great instructions on how to enter the property. I would definitely recommend this location for family gatherings which is the main reason why we choose Mia’s rental.

Mini birthday staycation

Mia’s home was exactly what is shown in the pictures. We had a surprise birthday celebration for my fiancé this weekend and it was the perfect size for our friends and family. Our group was amazed with the patio and game room. There was enough space and entertainment for us in this home to fully enjoy. I highly would recommend this listing. Mia was also a great host and accommodating to our stay.

Beautiful Home

Mia was a very nice & fast responding host. She answered my questions really quick & even helped me book the house efficiently. I really enjoyed the location! The house is very beautiful and it has a nice chill environment with the pool table & grill in the back. The rooms and bathrooms were so clean! My friends & I really enjoyed the stay!
