Upstairs Bedroom: Single king bed and queen-over-queen bunk beds, plus a couch and separate TV area, ideal for kids or adults. Includes its own full bath

Fully equipped kitchen and dining space for family meals

Very nice condo in beautiful Reynolds Plantation

The condo was great for our family. The third bedroom is a loft upstairs, but was perfect for my teenaged boys. Everything was very clean (except the pollen on the porch, which is a necessary evil this time of year in the south). We were there for a family wedding in Reynolds Plantation and loved the area.

Weekend Retreat

Perfect Reynolds Stay

Had family stay here for Thanksgiving. Was the perfect spot for them. Easy access to meet us for a boat ride, beautiful walking trails and everything we needed was in the house. The kids especially loved their loft!

Family Reunion

We had a great stay at Marina Cove qhen visiting family. It is right on the water at the marina. Very beautiful location. Large rooms and bathrooms. Very responsive management/owner.

October 2022 Rental

My friends and I had a 3 night stay for a golf vacation. The rental home was terrific. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The rental process was very easy and we would definitely come back again.

Great property, excellent location. Very good layout and comfortable. The condo was well stocked and nicely decorated. I wish the back porch had been cleaned. Tons of leaves and spider webs that we had to clean before using. Great views of the kake.

Great location

Everything was good for the most part. Furnishings were sparse and kitchen was furnished poorly. We encountered a swarm of bees on the deck that we were stung by. Contacted property manager and response was slow and resolution was poorly communicated.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Older unit but clean. However the outside deck disgustingly dirty, full of webs and dirt. Needs to be powers washed. It was unusable.Master bedroom mattress is crowned and needs replacement

Booking through VRBO for a property in Reynolds Plantation excludes you from any Reynolds amenity, you can’t use the restaurants or book a boat. This is not mentioned on the listing We received no check in our check out instructions. The VRBO call center was not helpful and told us to speak to the host who was not immediately available due to a family emergency The property is very clean and well appointed. The host was very responsive when she became available.

Nice location and unit

Very neat and clean 3 bedroom 3 bath unit overlooking pretty marina in a nice neighborhood. Mostly well furnished and good WiFi. We actually were not aware from the photo that it is a condo with units below and beside it as the listing picture looks like a free standing. It was very quiet however. Unit is spacious. Loft bedroom has a difficult / safety issue/straight ladder to top bunk. The king bed in loft is actually two twin mattresses that were not comfortable. Loft itself is spacious. Beware of children on loft couch as it is against a stair railing aside the deep stairwell.. huge drop!! Kept a close eye on young visiting grandchildren. For the rates, might have expected more in the way of amenities such as more bath towels, higher toiletry items, coffee bar items, more basic kitchen items, and more paper products as we came close to running out in the week there. Two keys would’ve been convenient too or a keypad. With all that mentioned, we would still stay there again. It has potential to be a top notch place with just a few minor tweaks that can make all the difference.
