Casa de campo de golf de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en la hermosa comunidad Great Waters Community of Reynold's Plantation. Los pisos de madera y hermosa cocina abierta hace que para gran tiempo en familia. Se proporcionan ropa de cama y baño.

Quiet, comfortable and pretty cottage

The space was very ample and we had all the necessities for a great end of year weekend getaway with our two grown boys who live near by and came to stay with us. We visited the town of Greensboro, the antique shops and the Oconee Brewery were great. The fabulous Ritz property was a must see and also spent a day at Stone Mountain.

Wonderful cottage!

Beautiful golf cottage! My family stayed after a Georgia game and had a wonderful time! Beautiful, updated decor. Comfortable in every way. Immaculate. Ate dinner at the clubhouse and had one of the best burgers ever! Owners were very easy to work with - I hope to stay there again very soon. Highly recommend!!!

PGA Club Championship

We enjoyed the perfect location, easy check-in, and very clean place. Comfortable master bed and great back deck. Exactly as listed. Near the Ritz and all the other courses. Only issue was the wi-fi was not working and our cellular signal was spotty inside the home. Other than that, highly recommend the place!

Nice little getaway

We enjoyed playing board games with our teenage kids and being close by to family that lives on this side of the lake. We rented jet-skis, dined at Silver Moon, and visited downtown Eatonton. The beds at the cottage were very comfortable and the couch was, too. Wish the driving range had been open as that’s favorite past time when visiting Great Waters, but we still had a wonderful visit!

Classy Cottage

Loved the decor, location of cottage and general vibe. Had all we needed. The upholstery and carpet in bedroom should be cleaned. Outside space could be enjoyed more if cleaned up. But, the convenience and classy character of the cottage was great!

Great stay at Great Waters!

Our family loved the spaciousness of this cottage and proximity to everything we needed in Great Waters! The cottage was clean and fully stocked and the hosts were so gracious to us. We would recommend to families, golfers, couples or friends!

Property Review

The inside of the property was great. However the deck and deck furniture were dirty making use of the outdoors area impossible to use. It would have been nice to be able to use the grill and sit outside.

Deceptive pictures

House not cleaned, bath mat only flipped not cleaned, floors dirty, dead bugs on floor. They painted the door knobs.. not an update a cheap fix. Gutters full, place just not clean at all, sawed off half of window sill to get into freezer that still did not work. Cheap and dirty place. Vomit on the bedroom floor and mattress. Not acceptable . I texted right away was told they would take care but my daughter was there 9 days.. no one ever came... the owner’s daughter saw my family at the pool and said she would bring over some good pans for cooking but never did snd the ones in the unit were scratched and not safe to use. Towels were horrible with holes. I have never written a review before but I believe this one needs to be written. I even sent them the name of my housekeeper.

Business owner in Monroe, Georgia. Family enjoys weekends at the lake but are too busy to use the cottages for much of the year, so we enjoy opening our property for guests. It offers the perfect getaway with friends and family. Paved sidewalks throughout community great for shaded walking with lots of Lake and Golf Course views. Perfect for relaxing in a quiet gated resort community. There is no pool or golf access unless accompanied by a resort member. The wonderful dining room and bar is open to the public and reservations can be made by calling The Overlook (706) 467-4053 or Reynolds Concierge (706) 467-1111.
