This home has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to twelve guests comfortably. The rooms are spread out throughout the home to make sure everyone has plenty of peace. The expertly designed bedrooms feature neutral color tones, large windows, luxury vinyl plank flooring, high-end linens, and locally inspired artwork. Each bedroom is designed to reflect the natural beauty right outside, and give guests a comfortable place to unwind after a busy day. Our bedrooms are designed to be perfect for kids or adults, with exceptionally comfortable beds and plenty of space.

There is a half bathroom on the main floor and two full bathrooms on the third top floor. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and the other has a walk-in shower and a chic, jetted tub. Whether you want to soak your muscles after a day of shopping or enjoy a hot steamy shower first thing in the morning, these bathrooms give you the space and modern amenities to feel right at home.

The sleek and stylish kitchen is big enough for multiple guests to move in and out, and is complete with cooking essentials, including a Keurig, coffee pods, and creamer. During the summer months, this community offers lake access, including beach-entry for swimming! Although the lake is visible from the back side of the house, please DO NOT try to access the lake by walking down the hill behind the house. Instead, we will provide you the address of where to drive to in order to access the beach-entry lake after your reservation is confirmed.

Pet Fee: $50 per pet per night, maximum of 4 pets (vaccination records required).

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, it's a requirement for guests to fill out the Guest Registration Form. This helps ensure that the community remains secure, as the HOA needs to monitor who enters. It's a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests.
