Aloha, and thank you for choosing to vacation in our ohana in Wailea. Located in the coveted Grand Champions complex, this charming condo offers all of the amenities and comforts of home. Enjoy your morning coffee soaking in the views of the ocean from the seating on the private lanai before adventuring out to enjoy the stunning beaches on the island. You are tucked away bordering a golf course amid lush tropical plants with nearby shops, dining, tennis, and pickleball courts all in walking distance! A grocery store at the Shops of Wailea along with local wine shops all a short walk or drive away!

Step inside to find a bright and spacious living area filled with comfy furniture and lots of natural light. The living room is the ideal place to entertain your dinner guests, with lavish furniture, and access to the balcony. Take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen to prepare your favorite meals or barbeque by either of the two pools and hot tubs. There is individually controlled air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room for added convenience or you can enjoy the afternoon breeze and fresh air from the open lanai! A washer and dryer is in a closet on the lanai. Students or remote workers can even use the home's provided desk and WiFi to complete projects.

Come evening, retreat to one of the bedrooms for a good night's rest. A spacious main bedroom awaits, with a comfortable King bed and attached bathroom. A comfortable fold-out couch provides added sleeping space. A second bathroom means getting ready for the day ahead is easily accomplished.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
