The home's stilted design features a raised, single-level interior showcasing coastal island charm and deluxe modern comforts. The open layout welcomes group gatherings with blended kitchen, dining, and living areas. The island kitchen boasts gorgeous counters and chef's grade amenities including Monogram-brand stainless steel and a suite of utensils for gourmet meal inspiration. There's a lovely kitchen island with counter seating and adjacent dining area. In the evenings, unwind on the living room sofa while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Open up the slider door to the balcony to feel cooling coastal breezes. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer.

The breezy, shaded patio will be a favorite happy hour haunt and the sparkling pool offers a private oasis hidden among palms and mangroves, with an attached pool spa for soothing soaks. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
