Sea Renity~ Large 3/2 SFH, 30ft dockage, Private pool, Hot tub & Huge game room

Welcome to our lavishly appointed, open floor plan, 3/2 Single Family Home with water views from the living room and balcony. Easy boating access, less than 10 minutes from the Ocean. Seas the day and the evening breeze while you watch the sunset from the wraparound balcony.

The master has a queen-sized mattress and an in-suite bathroom with a tub/shower. The guest room has a queen bed and the other guest room has two full beds. There are 2 queen pull out sleeper sofas in the living room. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV as well as one in the living room and one in the game room.

This home has dockage for a 30ft boat, water, electric and a fish cleaning station at the dock, a wonderful in ground swimming pool (20x12) in which you can heat during the winter for an additional fee and a covered hot tub. There is a bait freezer, propane BBQ, plenty of parking for your vehicles and a boat trailer as well. The large game room downstairs has a refreshments refrigerator, a billiard table, foosball table, table tennis and a bar area as well as a 65” TV to watch the games! The home comes fully equipped for your stay, WIFI, Cable TV, table seating for 8 and bar seating for 6, outdoor seating as well. A pack-n-play is provided for your convenience as well as a children’s area off of the living room.

We do make exceptions for some pets with approval. There will be a pet fee paid in addition to your rental fees. Please contact host prior to bringing a pet for approval.

Absolutely no smoking in the home.

House amenities were perfect for a relaxing week in They Keys. We ate most meals in, because we just didn't want to leave. We rented a boat and used the dock one night, which was convenient (but a bit tight for turning around when the other boats were in the water).Some tips for future guests - bring laundry/dishwasher tabs and dish soap, or pick some up at the Dollar Tree. There are 6 beach towels provided, and extra bath towels in each bathroom. Bug spray is a must for this time of year, especially with the mangroves out back. Publix/Winn Dixie are close for anything else you need (some spices and cooking supplies like Pam were in the cabinet). Insulated cups/mugs are a lifesaver by the pool. For anyone with kids, note there are only glass cups in the kitchen. Kitchen had a large air fryer, blender, instant pot, toaster, hand mixer and coffee maker (for grounds, not K-cups). Some bakeware and several frying pans/pots available.Pool is a perfect depth for adults and older kids with steps and ledges all the way around. Large enough to float freely without being on top of one another. It did get a bit warm in the heat of the day but it wasn't unbearable. Salt system was a great alternative to harsh chlorine and it wasn't that salty. The hot tub was nice and we'd have used it a lot more in cooler months.

Perfect home away from home

My family and I stayed at Sea Renity for our Spring Break getaway to the Keys. While I was at first taken aback a bit that the downstairs/gameroom was only accessible from the outside, it ended up being just perfectly fine. And there was a bonus bedroom/bathroom downstairs! If this area had been climate controlled, we would have used the cute bedroom for sure! The house was equipped with everything you need - fully stocked kitchen, games (on top of the table tennis, pool table and air hockey table in the game room), full washer/dryer, tons of extra blankets and towels, beach towels for pool/hot tub, large flat screen TVs in all areas, comfy couches and the best views for morning coffee. At first I wasn’t sure about the location, but it ended up being perfect. Just about every restaurant/excursion we picked was less than a mile from the house. Another family from our neighborhood stayed at Tranquility Bay and we all loved that we were only .3 miles from each other. We enjoyed having our friends over after dinner to let kids (and adults) continue hanging out while playing pool and enjoying the outdoor space. Highly recommend and will look forward to a future visit!

Family vacation

The house wasn’t cleaned well. There was a “smell”. There was plenty of room but for the price it should have been pristine. Also the downstairs is completely separate from the upstairs which is fine but for families with children just know it’s a completely separate entrance.

New Year’s 2025

We had a wonderful visit. The home was perfect for our teen boys with a full game room, pool, and hot tub. Beautiful view of the canal each morning. Very close to 7 Mile bridge walkway and some of our favorite Keys restaurants. We vacation in the Keys several times a year and have done so for nearly a decade. The house is set within a very convenient location in regards to its centrality within the Keys.

Great place

House was clean and comfortable. So many places to sleep with 3 bedrooms on main floor with two sofa beds in living. Also had a full bedroom downstairs with bath. Game room came in handy as it rained most of our week long stay. Home had everything you could need in the kitchen. We loved that it had books to read and dvd to watch which we didn’t expect. I saw a few complaints about loud music from neighbors. We didn’t find it intrusive at all. Just some folks living their best life. They were respectful during sleep hours. My son enjoyed the hot tub in addition to the pool. The pool is huge and does get pretty warm for those who don’t like that. I loved it. Plenty of places to lounge at the pool as well as the covered deck with a nice seating area. Grill was amazing!!! TVs in every bedroom as well as the living room and game areas. We enjoyed many games of pool. The appliances were mostly new and the home is well appointed. Home would be great for a large group though mine was small. The neighborhood was not the nicest but no one bothered us and it was nice having the best house on the street. Its tucked away at the end of the street and bad a lot of privacy. Close to most everything you could need and a short distance to seven mile bridge. Day trip to key west was super short and easy. About an hour drive due to low speed limit and it flies by. Can’t say enough nice things about this home. If you are questioning on whether or not to rent it, just do it.

A private get away.

We loved this place. It was quiet and peaceful. We loved the pool and the dock. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. It’s close to every thing you need. A lot within walking distance.

Fun for kids!

This home is perfect for kids. The downstairs playroom provides hours of fun if you want to get out of the heat and enjoy the A/C. The downstairs also has a bedroom which was a nice option. The pool is nice size and is shaded in the afternoon. The main living area has a kitchen with lots of counter space. Everything in the home worked perfect! We have a boat that we kept at the dock. The canal can be shallow at low tide so be careful when navigating out of it. We have a 2 foot draft and made it out no problem as long as we kept to the far left heading out away from the property. There is also room to park a trailer. There is an empty lot directly across the street which made it easier backing up our trailer. Yes, the neighbors play music a little loud but it was never inappropriate language or into the late hours of the night.The property manager Katie was wonderful to work with. She is very responsive and helped our family with some unexpected issues that came up during our stay. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay here!

Yearly Vacay

100% match of description of rental property, as well as host communication top notch and house was very clean. Plenty for all to do within and around the yard…large deck, pool, hot tub & game room was a hit ! I gave a 3 for location/neighborhood because the neighbors are too close, however friendly. Also, if you’re into fishing off a dock, it’s too small of an area to do so. Fishing off a boat is great because access to the ocean is right around the corner, less than 10 minutes!

Relaxing adult vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The description is accurate. The house was close enough to to Keywest to take a day trip. We spent a lot time at the house relaxing by the pool or in the hot tub. The dock was beautiful and we even saw a manatee swimming around. Would definitely stay there again!

Great home for a family vacation

The house is described accurately. Plenty of space for 6 adults and one child (5). Property Manager was very quick to communicate on a couple of items. We paid to have the pool heated. We all enjoyed it and our 5 year old learned to swim during the week we were there. The game room was a great addition. We had fun having ping pong tournaments. Rented a boat which worked well at the dock. Recommend Captain Pip's for boat rental. Lots of restaurants in the area. Sombrero Beach is only 10 mins away. We would definitely rent here again.

The house had dog hair on floor, we couldn’t get our boat and trailer in yard. We had to leave it in the street, thank goodness it was a dead end street. The neighbor lady across the street wasn’t to happy with us parking there, we were out of her way not blocking her driveway. Master bed was not comfortable, the mattress cover kept coming off. I think it was alittle over priced.

Amazing stay. Amazing home

We had a great stay at the best home in Marathon. I can’t say enough. The hot tub, the pool, the beautiful dock, the game room and all the beautiful upgrades and eating space are amazing. The game room and outdoor area were perfect for our extended family to have a great time over Thanksgiving week. Kate was extremely responsive to one quick question we had about the house functions. We will definitely stay here again. We are already looking at new dates.

Fabulous Week!

The home was spacious - Lots to do! Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room! The convenience of the dock where we could leave the boat in the water was the BEST- especially since our primary focus for this trip was fishing and lobstering. Kitchen/Dining layout with huge island really kept everyone engaged. Views of the water from the porch were perfect! Highly Recommend!

Keys 2022

House was nice. Beautiful view. Ourson has been boating for 20 years and had a hard time docking a 24' boat. Almost impossible in low tide. Rooster crows at 5:15 every morning out back. Make sure you close the bathroom door in the bedroom to help drown out the crowing.

We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals in Marathon. I’m his house was more than expected!

First of all, the description of this prosperity does not do it justice! Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and a third with 2 twins. There are 2 large couches in the open space living room that BOTH pull out into double beds! There are 2 bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs there is the games room and kitchen as described with a third bathroom right off the pool area and…ANOTHER BEDROOM with queen bed. We only had 8 people but with grandma coming along to help with the kids this was a perfect separate space for her. Other people left comments regarding the close proximity to the neighbors but honestly we barely saw or heard anyone and stayed up playing cards outside with music with not complaints at all. The dock is beautiful and we had a manatee visitor one day. We brought a 25 ft boat and we’re close to ocean/ bay access and our favorite fries in all the land at Burdines. There was a little hiccup with the pool but the property manager was accessible at anytime and took care of everything very fast. Honestly the best property manager we have ever dealt with in a Marathon rental. All and all this was a great prosperity and I highly recommend this staying here for your Marathon vacation.
