Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

Inside, you'll find a bright interior with vaulted ceilings and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Cozy up by the grand stone fireplace to watch a movie on the large TV, or play some board games at the dining table and make some memories. Prepare grand meals or lake picnic snacks in the spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and all the cupboard room you could ever need. With large bedrooms boasting ample space for personal effects. everyone will feel right at home. Take in the scenic views from the private balcony and admire the lake, mountains, and gorgeous sunset, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Location is great. Kitchen not well stocked, very hard to cook. Outdoor furniture had rips in chairs and unusable. Reached out to vacasa with no response. We also could not bbq because there were two empty propane tanks. Overall property is not well maintained and poorly managed. Beach is great.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

The weekend was a nice relaxing time to celebrate two family members birthdays. The place is in a great location right by Lake Tahoe, with great views of the lake. It has large rooms, with a great open space living room, dining room and kitchen. While it is an older unit, it has been well taken care of and was very clean.

Condo is well located with easy walk to the beach and a lake view..The smoke alarm beeped constantly the first 2 days. We texted management twice and finally took it down and removed the battery after no response.Comfortable bed and couches.Only one parking spot and you will get tagged if you park in a guest spot.Lots of towels and shower supplies. We had to get more toilet paper and paper towels at the store, which is a short drive away. Also only 1 small pack of laundry detergent.Also no extras in the kitchen…no spices,condiments,foil,etc. these were very minor problems and we loved our time there.Also no blow dryer or beach towels suppled.

Nice townhome in pinewood, partial view of the lake.

Fantastic location, on the beach. the townhome itself is a tad old, needs remodel but very well maintained. And Vacasa is fantastic as usual

It's so close to the lake, hopefully we'll go back in the summer and enjoy the beach. There was enough snow that our grandsons get to make snowmen outside the condo.

Weekend stay in May

Very nice house, has access to lake (and a small beach). Good views of the lake throughout the day and can see the sunset from the first floor. Didnt use the kitchen at all but its stacked with utensils and dinnerware. We spent most of our day outside and felt very cozy coming back to this place. All iconic places in the south and east of the lake are pretty close, a good place to stay for the summer season.

Tahoe Enchantment

The condo was clean and in great condition except for the kitchen sink which was leaking. We reported and the problem was resolved the following morning. Beautiful view and a couple minutes walk to the beach. We had plenty of room as the condo is very spacious. Minimum supplies but enough to get us through for the 4 days we were there. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location for winter vacation

Easy access to Heavenly ski, as well as to many hiking trails. Safeway is close by, and a few good restaurants are nearby. The property is large with three bed rooms and baths. There is a very large family room with an open kitchen. Our family spent most time there. My only wish for their improvement is to provide rice bows and chopsticks as Asian families,!like ours, like to cook noodle soups.

Tahoe Enchantment Review

My family of five stayed at Tahoe Enchantment in July and overall had a great time. There are some pros and cons to the rental, listed below. The good - the location is perfect. Having direct access to a private beach and pier are wonderful, the Pinewild complex is lovely, and the proximity to state line is great as well. The size of the condo is very nice too, large family room and kitchen area, and the three bedrooms are nice size as well. Two balconies that look out at the lake were a great benefit too. The unit also had some beach toys that were nice to have on hand for kids. The bad - the condo is quite dated, and some aspects of it have been neglected. The upstairs balcony only has two functional chairs (the other two have large holes running down the middle of the seat area). The dining room chairs also have multiple rips. One of the wooden panels on the balcony fence was loose. Multiple doors had holes and many rooms had broken blinds. The condo was equipped with an alarm that was toggled to "armed" nearly the entire stay. It never went off, but every 8 hours or so it would buzz loudly from the panel. The condo could use a deep clean, cobwebs, dirty shower door track, greasy cabinets above the stove, used tissue under one bed and old candy under another. A little attention to detail and some simple updated furniture could help the unit out a lot and dramatically benefit future renters.

Great location.

Great location. Waking distance to the lake. Lot of games available for the kids. Space is not going to be an issue on these vacation home . It can fit 8-10 adults. However, it lack Cleanness. The rooms smells moldy maybe because of the carpet. the bed downstairs need repair, very old plumbing system. The toilet flashs for quite a long time. Otherwise great vacation.

Weekend Getaway

We went to S. Tahoe for a weekend snow trip for my son's 18th bday. This condo was bigger than we expected. Lots of space for a party of 6 (2 adults and 4 teens). Location is great. There's a Safeway nearby and a short drive to Heavenly, Harvey's and restaurants. About 40 mins away from Sierra at Tahoe where the kids snowboarded. While the unit is dated, it was clean and we were all very comfortable. The kitchen could use some new cookware, but they had enough basic items to get us by for the weekend. They only allow 1 car permit to park in the property and no street parking. We missed this detail and learned this after booking. We asked the property management for recommendation on where to park a 2nd vehicle. While they were responsive, they were only able to refer me to a parking app. We decided to rent an SUV last minute, which proved to be the safest option. We didn't find anywhere nearby that you could park a car overnight for free. Other than this hiccup, it was a great stay.

Nice Property

Pros- Great location, one minute walk to the lake and private beach. View of the mountains and lake from the living room and deck. Comfortable sofas. Large rooms and comfortable beds. 2 spa bathtubs. Very close to grocery store and restaurants, as well as casinos. Quiet, nicely landscaped grounds. Cons- Was a hassle getting a parking permit. Somewhat dated furnishings. Sparse supplies in kitchen. Creaking headboard in queen room. Biggest complaint- TV not working in master bedroom. Overall nice property. We would stay there again.

Tahoe Enchantment Review

They even stated we could reach out to the alarm company, weird suggestion for a short term renter). The condo could use a deep clean, cobwebs in high places, pretty dirty shower door track in the master bedroom shower and hair behind the bathroom door, tissue found under the master bed and gummy bear barely under another bed, stained bedding, and dusty/greasy cabinets over the stove. A little attention to detail and some simple updated furniture could help the unit out a lot and dramatically benefit future renters.

Where do I even start...

Working with Vacasa was a nightmare prior to our stay. They're way more expensive, they have to put in tickets to get information about your questions, and they never get back to you. We cancelled because we were misinformed about having access to a buoy to park our boat and ended up having to store our boat way far away from us, and had to find alternate place to park our trailer. Then the only option they gave us was a floating refund. We took it and they said if it rebooked we would get refunded, but they relisted it for $1250 less than what we paid. We rebooked it and they gave us $500 back and kept the difference of $750. Should be illegal the way they handled this. As for the place we booked... Way out dated. None of the bedroom lights worked for any lighting in the room. All the toilets are wedged between tight spaces and right in front of the doors (super awkward). My 4 year old leaned on the deck railing off the back and the whole deck shifted. The kids bedroom is upstairs and that bedroom should be the "in-law" suite so kids can be downstairs by parents. Both kids were scared to go downstairs...their beds were terrible and so squeeky. We definitely would not stay here again. The amount of money we spent could have gotten us a full house on the water. I think they're over pricing this place just because it's near the water (there is a condo building between you and the water) but the private beach access was nice, although way farther than we thought. If you have anyone who has a hard time getting up and down stairs this isn't a good idea. They didn't disclose that the living area and kitchen are upstairs and the adult bedrooms are downstairs. Lots of up and down and a big hassle. The place needs a thorough cleaning, it smelled musky in there, lots of cobwebs hanging from ceiling, They had zero amenities for the beach (not even beach chairs). Our stay in Tahoe was amazing but no thanks to this place and/or working with vacasa. Ide keep looking for another place for the price...

Bait and Switch.

The unit nice with nice views of the lake. However, we had chosen a different place to begin with and the choice was changed two times by Vacate because of issues with the two previous locations. Going into the unit it was noted that it was not cleaned at all. The beds had old linens piled on them, the stove was covered in grease, there were beer bottles on the kitchen counter and trash in the trash cans. After contact with Vacasa, they sent out a housekeeper to clean the unit. The original booking had 4 bedrooms and a private hot tub, The new one had 3 bedrooms and no hot tub. The original was chosen also for the walkable proximity to the event that we were traveling for, The new place was several miles away from the event venue. Vacasa did give a partial refund for the cleaning fee but overall dissatisfied with the Vacasa service.
