Cozy 4-bedroom lake house with private boat dock on the Chain of Lakes!

This cozy lake house is located within a short drive of downtown Eagle River and has direct access to Voyager Lake, one of the most picturesque parts of the Eagle River Chain of Lakes. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of nearby shops, restaurants, golf courses, and recreation areas.

With accommodations for up to 10 people, the property has four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a dining area, a spacious living room, and a full kitchen. There are three king beds, two double beds, and two sofas. Large windows provide stunning views of the lake and waterfront lawn area, which includes a fire pit, gas grill and two paddle boards. A private dock offers convenient boat parking and is situated within steps of the house. Boat Sport Marina can be reached within a quick drive.

The Eagle River Snowmobile Trail runs right by the house and features 700+ miles of well-groomed trails. The Nicolet National Forest can be reached within a 10-minute drive of the property and offers more than 650,000 acres of hiking and biking trails.

House had everything we needed and/or wanted and was very clean…location was amazing with access to all the lakes and very close to the marina. Dock allowed us to store our boat rental for the week at the house which allowed us to come and go on the lakes as needed. Such a memorable week for our family! Thank you!

Family Getaway

Our family enjoyed a week long stay at this beautiful home. The home was spacious and comfortable. The extra room upstairs made for a great playroom with gorgeous views of the lake (added bonus - there was no TV in this space so the kids could play without thinking of screen time). The paddleboards and dock were a hit for two very active boys (and adults). Last, but not least the host was very responsive throughout our stay.

Excellent Rental

The entire experience was well thought out. The rental was perfect for two families with teens, space upstairs and main level with big couches to relax. Open space on main floor with a large table for 10 people. Large windows that make you feel like you are on the lake, both on the main living area and upstairs. We were able to walk to boat marina a few doors down, and rent a boat for the day. Rental is very clean and everything has been updated! Excellent stay! Thank you! Lots of good memories made!

Just renovated

Beautiful recently renovated house with plenty of room for our family of 5 overlooking voyager lake. Had all of the amenities including 2 paddle boards and a nice pier where we could dock our pontoon. Owners were very attentative and responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. Location is a on the end of the channel connecting Catfish to Voyager which can get a bit busy. But it was never a bother and made for some good boat and people watching in the afternoons when the lake got busy.

Great Home for a Family Get-a-way

This newly remodeled home was just perfect. It fit our family of 8 and was in a fantastic location on a waterfront channel between lakes. The house was clean, organized and included some great modern touches in design and amenities. We would definitely come back.
