Soak up the sunshine and enjoy alfresco dining on the fully fenced patio or recharge after the day's activities with a soothing dip in the private hot tub (available seasonally). After trips to the beach, rinse off sandy toes and saltwater in the outdoor shower. Happy hour entertainment awaits on the breezy enclosed lanai, equipped with a beverage fridge, smart TV, table seating, and outdoor living room furniture. On clear nights, enjoy starlight conversation around the firepit.

The spacious, single-level interior features a bright, open floor plan for comfortable indoor gatherings. The updated kitchen boasts all new cabinets, counters, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy home meal planning. There's also a countertop ice maker for added convenience. Morning brew options include a traditional drip coffee maker and a Nespresso pod machine. In the evenings in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located in the main section of the house. A breezeway from the lanai accesses the other two bedrooms and a second bathroom.

The hot tub is available from March 1st - December 1st.
The fireplace is not available for guest use.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
