The stylish living area and the den are both detailed with a wall of picture windows and an electric fireplace. Unwind in these posh spaces and watch a movie on one of the smart TVs. The den doubles as a bonus sleeping space -- a full-size sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress.

KITCHEN & DINING

The immaculate kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a three-person kitchen island. Choose between the Keurig machine or regular coffee maker for your morning cup of joe.

The primary suite provides a king bed, a smart TV, a desk, an electric fireplace, and patio access. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is fitted with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a smart TV. The third bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The fenced yard offers privacy, while the covered deck is equipped with alfresco dining, a cushioned sitting area, and a gas grill.

This single-level home has step-free access.

Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.

The Gardens on El Paseo is just 5 minutes from home for high-end shopping and dining. Meander 2 blocks to family-friendly Ironwood Park, equipped with a playground and walking paths.

Pool heat is optional and requires the guest to contact Vacasa Guest Services to request and make payment prior to the heater being activated. The cost to heat the pool per day is $100

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
