Southern Exposure Retreat
Southern Exposure Retreat is one of our most popular Palm Desert properties just got even better! Walking distance to high end shops and popular restaurants on El Paseo, and close proximity to museums, countless golf courses and “The Living Desert” zoo, this completely remodeled and newly furnished 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is brand new inside and out.
The Great room is ideal for entertaining or relaxing, is large enough to seat everyone staying at the house, and features vaulted ceilings, and an open living room with fireplace. The kitchen and dining area open to a large patio and a sparkling blue swimming pool, with optional fence for child safety. The completely private backyard with Southern exposure and mountain and palm tree views, will allow you to feel comfortable, as if you are in a world of your own, yet the newly installed desert-friendly Xeriscape will connect you with your surroundings.
The dual Master bedrooms each feature a King size bed and private en-suite bathrooms, and the two additional Guest bedrooms each offer a Queen size bed. There is great separation of bedrooms in the home for added privacy, and each bedroom features flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure. No cats are allowed.
Palm Desert is ideally located in the center of Coachella Valley, approximately 20 minutes from downtown Palm Springs or to famous golf and spa resorts of La Quinta. Why stay anywhere else? COACHELLA AND STAGECOACH FESTIVALS: This home is just a 25 minute drive to the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
Refundable Utility Deposit
The total rent includes a Utility Deposit of $1,000 refundable per month.
The utility deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
