Sweeping ocean views from this beautiful top floor oceanfront unit!.

Recently remodeled, unit 602 has everything you need to enjoy your stay on Maui. When you stop gazing at the ocean you will notice the comfortable furnishings, colorful decor, well equipped kitchen with skylight and other amenities that guarantee our guests a wonderful stay. Unit 602 has a king bed and queen sofa sleeper, A/C throughout, W/D, free WiFi and large flat screen with expanded cable channels . The large lanai has two lounge chairs, patio dining table and 4 chairs and a view that will make it hard to leave the unit. Sunsets, stargazing, turtles, whales during the winter months....a perfect perch any time of day. You will be steps away from the beach and may find turtles enjoying the beach with you. Perfect location for SUP and kayaking. The first town center of Kihei is less than a mile away with shopping, restaurants, Post office and medical / dental services. Koa Lagoon is centrally located on the island. You are 30 - 45 minutes to Lahaina, 20 minutes to Kahului Airport and the beginning of the road to Hana or the summit of Haleakala. The Wailea / Makena resort areas are 15 minutes away.
On site management is here to assist with any issues or needs.

Lovely stay!

Everything from check in to check out went very smoothly, we had a wonderful time! Condo was very clean, well supplied, updated and attractive furnishings, quiet and comfortable. The lanai is huge, and we loved the bar height table and chairs to enjoy the view! Linda was so attentive, and we were very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

From the beautiful sunsets to the well-equipped kitchen, everything about this condo was ideal. The unit was comfortable, well-equipped, and served as a great base for day trips all around Maui. The view from the lanai is spectacular and the property itself was well-maintained and provided direct access to the beach. I highly recommend staying here regardless of your itinerary on Maui.

Our recent stay on Maui in Kihei was incredible. The condo was beautifully located for wonderful views and incredible sunsets. The accommodations were great and we had everything we could have needed for our week long stay. Decorations were beautiful and very functional for use during our stay. The local restaurants are just a walk away and so many things to see and do are a short drive from this centrally located condo. We will stay here again upon our return to Maui.

My new favorite place and the views from the lanai!

Wow, Maui is truly spectacular! I don’t think we would have had such an amazing time here if not for our condo. I spent most of my time on the lanai watching for whales. I hope we get to visit this property again!

High School Graduation Trip for Grandkids

My 17 and 19 year-old grandkids absolutely loved our visit to Kihei! The location was fairly central to most of our activities and besides the beach by the condo, there were several others within a 15 minute drive. It was nice to have the pool during the windy afternoons. Each day we enjoyed a lovely walk on the beach at sunset! If you have any questions, be sure to contact their concierge service ....Donna was very helpful.

Incredible view, very comfortable

This condo was a great base for exploring Maui. It was super clean and exactly as pictured. The condo complex was very well-maintained and the manager promptly answered any questions. We stayed for about a week and could easily have stayed longer. The kitchen in particular was great--plenty of pots/pans/utensils so we could prepare our own meals. And the view! Stunning at any time of day, but especially magical to watch the sun set and the stars come out.

Perfect stay in Maui!

We absolutely loved our stay here! This is our 4th time on Maui, and I think it was our favorite property. The lanai, and view from it, is absolutely amazing! The location was super convenient - not far from the airport and some of the best beaches just down the street. Close to everything we wanted! Also really liked the layout of the condo. We had one minor issue that was immediately resolved. The water heater wasn't working, but we contacted the owner (who was very easy to contact!) and we problem solved together and figured out that we just needed to reset the circuit breaker. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

First time to Maui

Great views, although the whale activity was minimal. The unit was nicely stocked with almost everything you would need to be at the beach. The unit could use a full length mirror, instructions on how to use the TV. There was a sheet that said all the things a concierge could help you with but we called her Tuesday and she called back on Friday, which didn't do us much good in getting reservations made for excursions, so we took a chance and book somethings ourselves. The power went out for a whole day, back on at 8:30 p.m. so it would have been nice to have some instructions on what to do should this happen, i.e. like candles/flashlight locations as the unit was totally dark as we tried to pack to leave the next day. We were on the 6th floor so we got our workout that day climbing stairs. For check out there was really no instructions except to leave the keys on the counter. We ran the dishwasher, did not strip beds, empty garbage, etc. as there were no instructions to do so. All in all a nice place to stay and a lot of area to walk the beach in front of the unit. We shall return!

So very relaxing

The unit has a great view of the ocean and we would sit, eat & drink and read for hours from the lanai. And a short walk to the beach where we would take swims every day. Very convenient to restaurants and stores. And the best part was that housekeeping did everything, all we needed to do when leaving was shut the door.

This property made our vacation perfect

My wife and two kids stayed here in September of 2022, and we couldn't be happier. The view and the cozy condo were amazing. We cooked breakfast every day, and the property had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and stunning views

The rental met our needs as a family of 3 perfectly. The views from the spacious lanai are stunning. Location allows for easy access to the many amenities in Kihei. We would definitely stay here again!
