Paraíso por dentro y por fuera! El elegante B314 es un viaje en ascensor hasta el tercer piso del Maui Sunset, donde disfrutará de impresionantes vistas del océano justo afuera de su ventana. La cálida costa hawaiana se encuentra directamente contra el cinturón verde de Maui Sunset, con hermosos paisajes y la piscina más grande de Kihei. La conveniente hospitalidad de Aloha se encuentra en el centro de reserva de actividades junto a la piscina de Maui Sunset, para una amplia variedad de actividades para experimentar mientras esté en Hawai. Dentro de este condominio de tercer piso: nuevas baldosas personalizadas, encimeras de mármol, todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, muebles nuevos, azulejos de la ducha mediterránea y una mesa de balcón con vista al Océano Pacífico. La unidad viene de serie con cable local, TV de pantalla ancha, estéreo, teléfono, lavadora / secadora y acceso wifi gratuito. Además, nuestro condominio cuenta con una espaciosa unidad de 1 dormitorio con dos camas queen: 1 en el dormitorio y 1 sofá cama a medida para alojar cómodamente a 4 ocupantes o una pareja para unas vacaciones privadas. El dormitorio tiene un baño adjunto y el segundo baño se encuentra en el pasillo principal cerca de la sala de estar. Desde este condominio, los visitantes informan haber visto ballenas chapoteando y jugando en el océano. We’ve stayed at Maui Sunset many times and have made several friends that come the same time every year. The biggest pool on the island. Great for kiddos to swim.Nice that they have barbecues as not everyplace does. B314 has a lovely view to the ocean and pool area.

Our stay was amazing. Our unit was amazing. Our host thought of everything. We had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home. The pool area was thoroughly cleaned each morning. The grounds were well groomed. The sunsets from our lani were breathtaking.

Not as Perfect as the Reviews Suggest

We were drawn to this property because of its perfect reviews, though I usually take such things with a grain of salt. I hope this helps future guests and offers the host some constructive feedback.The location is convenient, and the property is well-equipped. However, the on-site beach is rocky, so you’ll likely want to drive to better ones.The host was communicative, but we had some issues. The living room AC barely worked, even after a temporary fix (maintenance said it needed replacement), and we experienced a leak from the upstairs bathroom into our bedroom.Marty was quite insistent that we wash towels before checkout—even though a cleaning fee was included—which felt unreasonable. He explained his washer/dryer was small, but a commercial laundry service would be a better solution. That said, we appreciated the free late checkout.

Wonderful stay at Maui Sunset

This is a lovely condo in the Maui Sunset community (2-buildings) with direct access to a beautiful open space and a lovely beach. The property also has a swimming pool/hot tub, tennis courts, BBQs, etc. The condo owners have thought of everything - the kitchen is fully stocked with teapot, coffee makers, toaster, blender, etc., pots and pans, cookie sheets, tons of utensils, washer/dryer, ziplock bags for packing up your lunches/snacks for excursion, detergent and cleaning supplies, beach towels, beach chairs and sun umbrellas, coolers, beach cart, boogie boards, beach toys, books and games, and so much more! It was very comfortable for our family of 3 - kiddo slept on the pull-out sofa and said he thought it was super comfy. The balcony/lanai has a wonderful view of the ocean and the sunset views are even better than the listing photo. There is a table for four outside on the balcony but only two kitchen counter stools inside - we generally ate outside except for one night when it was exceptionally windy. The property is very close to groceries and restaurants in Kihei -- easy to pop over via car or walk/bike over. The property also provides carts for owners/visitors to haul their stuff upstairs, and there is an in-person concierge at the pool who can help with booking activities if needed. We enjoyed a very relaxing week on Maui and would definitely consider coming back to this part of the island.

Fun in the Sun

The property was perfect for us. We were central to everything we wanted to do around the island. Lots of great food choices. The property was quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed the beach and the pool.

Amazing condo in Maui Sunset

B314 was an amazing place for a long stay over the holidays. Maui Sunset is a favourite and this condo was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Beautifully updated, fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking and fun on Maui, and a wonderful host! Can’t wait to come back!!

A little slice of paradise

Exactly as described!

This property is absolutely beautiful. Clean and updated. Bed is super comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. The owners have thought of everything you may need for outdoor activities. They even had discount cards for snorkel gear, and that snorkel store had amazing customer service. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for being an excellent host!

The Perfect Stay

Our first visit to Maui was amazing, because of this wonderful place to call 'home'. Turtles on the beach every morning and night. Immaculate facilities and a very happy vibe from all of our neighbors and tge resort staff. We had everything that we needed and more! Mahalo!

Home away from home on Maui

Amazing place! Perfect home base for our adventures on Maui. All the amenities you could possibly need: fully stocked kitchen, in suite laundry, all the beach gear! Pool, beach, and Maui sunsets every night. We will absolutely return to this exact suite!

We had an amazing stay in your condo! The sunsets each evening are so wonderful. Everything was stocked and ready where we didn't have provide much. Great place

after a small snaffu with the door code everything was terrific. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and the location was next to the ocean. There is a beach you can walk on it for miles and the pool on property is very clean. We rented a car so we could get all over the island but the condo is within walking distance to Kihei.

Perfect Kihei Condo

This place was great. As described nice luxuriously updated, close to pool and hot tub, and good view of the ocean and sunset. The property is well maintained and a nice community feel. We appreciated the chairs, cooler and other supplies. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

This is a great place to stay!

We love Maui Sunset. We love this side of the condo. Third floor is great. There's a great view, the lanai is wonderful, and everything else is just top notch. Marty went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. Absolutely perfect.

We originally hail from Southern California, in a quaint rural neighborhood of Orange County called Olinda. Our family has always valued time to get away from it all, and refresh in the beautiful.

Each time we stay here at the Maui Sunset, it is not only visually spectacular and restful, but its amenities make it extra convenient. Whatever activities desired on the island, all are explained and arranged through some of the most congenial specialists -- right here, at our onsite pool each morning at 9am! We also appreciate the consistent quiet atmosphere our unit and its community maintains. B314 at the Maui Sunset is our little foretaste of heaven, and we try to make it the same for you! Mahalo!
