Love this Beach House!!

The owners are amazing and ever so easy to work with. They are very helpful and friendly. The house was perfect for our stay was well equipped for our group to stay for the week. The walk to the beach is quick and easy and the views of the bay are amazing. We will return. Thanks to the owners for an amazing and memory-filled trip!

Worth it!

Great property! Clean and everything you need is provided. My favorite hangouts were the hammock and back deck. Kids loved the pool. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was just as described ! Our family enjoyed relaxing on the beach and morning walks during our stay. The locals are friendly and welcoming. Kerry did a great job communicating with us.

Best Thanksgiving

Had one of the best Thanksgivings here. Actually had a Thanksgiving dinner as well and didn't need anything. Kitchen was loaded. They had everything for the beach and getting around with beach stuff. Loved the place. Will definitely be coming back, loved Navarre beach, Beautiful!

Memories to last a lifetime

We stayed at the Kokomo Key for our wedding weekend and everything was just perfect! Kerry was so friendly and communicative. The house had everything we needed. There is ample parking and you are just a short walk from the beach. Couldn’t have asked for more. We hope to be back as Kokomo Key will forever hold a special place in our hearts!!

Total Relaxation!

The property was everything advertised and more. You can’t beat waking up in the morning and having your coffee with a perfect view of bay. The beach is a very quick walk from the house and made it easy to run back to the house for any forgotten items. The beach is gorgeous with white sand and clear water. The house was a great set up for two families. Each family took a bathroom and set of rooms. The sheets and beds were very comfortable. The pool was a good size for a quick dip after the beach. The kitchen was open and made for easy cooking. Lots of pots and pans to choose from. Navarre is such a relaxing place and a short drive to Destin if you are looking for a little more action. Highly recommend!

Everything we were looking for and more

Kerry is so sweet and generous. We booked this beach house for my daughters sweet 16 party. Not only did the host allow us to check in early, she also left a sweet card and gift for my daughter. I highly recommend this property for your next event of just a few nights away! We will be returning.

Sand Dune Beauty

Great location, everything was super clean (which I’m very picky about). Very close to the beach, which is awesome to be off the busy gulf blvd when coming back from sand fun. An amazing outside shower that has hot water! Great communication with manager and ability to fix a couple things the next day. I gave 4 stars because I suggest bringing your own beach towels (only bath towels provided), sturdier umbrella, box fan for outside, lots of bug spray, citronella candles for the plethora of gnats and no seeums on the property. Regardless of temperature, sun, no sun, wind, no wind they were relentless outside and by the unheated pool. I would have loved to be outside the entire time on the great hammocks and chairs, but after 15 bites, and the kids complaining of itching we called it quits.

Perfect week

We never return to a VRBO but we love this house so much last year we decided to visit again. This trip was even more special than last year. We enjoyed the beach and walks and local restaurants. People in Navarre are friendly and we felt comfortable the whole week! Kerry is amazing. All of our questions were answered and communication was just perfect. We hope to return next year. My kids were sad to say goodbye and I felt the same.

Lovely property. The owners were very responsive. Plenty of room and nice location close to the beach. Plenty of beach accessories set up for dog if you have one

Great stay!

Our first time staying on the bay side.. it was so nice, quiet, and peaceful! House was fabulous and equipped with everything needed. The pool and other amenities were very nice. A five star experience for sure!

Awesome

This home is just as great as the description and photos. The location is perfect and Kerry is great. The beach theme was lovely and the grandkids loved it. I was a little hesitant when I saw pet friendly because we have a pet free home, but this home was clean and no odors. I can’t imagine anyone renting this home and having a complaint. My only regret is it was so hot and we were so worn out from the day that we didn’t take more time to enjoy the lovely outside area with grill, table, and hammocks. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful decor!

We stayed a week here. Everything was clean and the decor was beautiful. I love mermaids so this was definitely the place for me lol. We were married on the beach access across the street on Wednesday! We had never stayed in Navarre, we usually go to Destin. This was much more quiet and the perfect spot for our beach wedding as there wasn’t the crowds there are in Destin. The boys enjoyed fishing along the bay with the provided fishing poles, and riding the bikes provided catching Pokémon lol. The hammocks were a nice place to sit and unwind and the table underneath the house is where we sat for most of the dinners we cooked on the provided grill. The sunsets on the bayside were amazing, the sunrises along the gulf were so beautiful, I spent most mornings waking up walking the beach and watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee collecting some amazing shells! I could keep going on and on but I think y’all get the drift! We had a wonderful stay and a wonderful time!

Perfect beach vacation home

We loved the house and all the amenities. The underside of the house had hammocks and a table where we ate dinner every evening. The pool was clean and a great place to relax after hot days of fishing and relaxing in the beach. The house was super clean and had everything you would need and more. We highly recommend this house and the host/owner was fantastic and great to work with. A great location for our family of 4 to get away and relax!
