Welcome Luquilllo, located in the hills of Luquillo this charming newly designed apartment is centrally located in Luquillo and less than a 5 minute drive to the local beaches, restaurants, Kiosks, and shops. You will have access to the entire unit, second floor walk up; enjoy ocean views from the oversized deck and private balcony. Enjoy more of a local experience listening to the Coqui's (native frog) at night or sounds of a rooster to share your morning coffee with.

Spacious, renovated and clean private apartment with warm touches throughout. Air conditioned bedroom and ceiling fans throughout make for a comfortable stay. Enjoy wonderful ocean breezes on the balcony and main living area. Fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities you will need to cook throughout your stay. Bathroom have all the towels soaps and essentials to help make packing a little lighter. We provide beach chairs and cooler for your excursions to the beach and rain forest. This space has a maximum of 2 guest per booking. Two outdoor spaces are available during your stay; the front deck/porch offers seating as well as the private ocean view balcony. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, closet, luggage rack and small dresser. Living area has couch dining area, coffee table and smart TV and Wifi.

We are located in the heart of Luquillo making exploring everything from San Juan metro area (40 mins), rain forest (15 mins), Luquillo beaches, kiosks, restaurants and shopping (5 minutes), Fajardo beaches (15 min), ferry in Ceiba to Culebra and Vieques (20 mins) all withing a short drive.

It is suggested to rent a vehicle during your stay. Getting Uber and Taxi outside the metro area can be difficult.

You will have access to the entire unit. It is a second floor walk up and located in a residential neighborhood. Your side of the building has a front deck as well as balcony off the living area are yours to enjoy during your stay.

Please note this is not a party house. There are also no children or pets at this time. Should you have a service animal please let us know at booking.
There is no smoking at the home. Any signs of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge at check out.

Self check in with a lock box is provided.

Please remember this is an island and electricity may fail on occasions. Although we hope this will not happen during your stay , it is unfortunately out of our control.
We are proud to keep a clean home, however it is normal to find insects in this tropical environment.
