New Kitchen includes an Ice maker and a Convection oven. New Bathroom, AC, and windows that completely open if you would prefer the Ocean breeze. Gated community, free parking, and private gate to access one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico. 35 minutes from the Airport Walk to everything.

Great rental host was super responsive has beach stuff and restaurants nearby also has washer dryer which was great 24 hr security on property this is our second stay here will definitely be back

This was a great place to spend a week with my 12 and 15 year olds. The view is breathtaking and very close to El You que rain forest and the Luquillo kiosks. The host Alfredo was very responsive and kind. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities. The only thing that didn't work was the washer and dryer which did not impact our memorable stay. Thank you Alfredo!

Lovely apartment with great view and ocean sounds! Employees were also very kind and helpful. Good nearby restaurants in luquillo and Fajardo. The beach was great even during off season.

This place is amazing. The views are breathtaking, that never get old during your stay here. Alfredo has a beautiful, clean beach condo. He has all the things you will need to enjoy your stay. The view from this condo is amazing! Just beautiful. We enjoyed our coffee in the balcony every morning. Check in was easy and the security officers in the lobby were so welcoming! The condo had all we needed, we were pleasantly surprised to find a cart and chairs for the beach, even towels!Washer and dryer in the unit as well, with detergent was an added plus!We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon!

The views from the condo were amazing! The only down side was there was only 1 folk in the kitchen, other than that no complaints!

Host communication efficient, timely. Condo unit was clean and had everything we needed to have a satisfying stay. what you see is what you get. The building is secure. The view was outstanding. We plan to visit again.

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. Our stay was great! The location was perfect (close to everything) with a beautiful view of the ocean. Alfredo was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The view is amazing. The condo is nice, simple, and clean. Towels, toiletries, and beach accessories provided. I would recommend.Things to note: The neighborhood can be lively on the weekend. Weeknights were quiet. Some of the sports courts are a bit rundown. The pool was nice and clean.

I would definitely rebook this place. Property was in a secured safe gate community that had lots to offer to add to your visit & very friendly staff. Loved the views of the beach & hearing the waves crash just few away. Left with total island vibes thanks to this place.

Great Apartment

The apartme was gorgeous and the view was great. The only thing that worry me was the window. I feel there has to be some type of guard rail. Otherwise, everything was great.

Luquillo stay

This property was well equipped and comfortable for our family of 4 adults. The beach chairs were great to have along with the easy access to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, however, the eating utensils were quite limited in number, with one per person. One set of keys was limiting for 4 adults who wanted to do different things at times, and another set of keys would have been helpful. The owner was very responsive to our communication when we had questions/needs. We enjoyed our stay and hope we can return.
