Affordable 30A Getaway! Updated studio condo close to the beach! Near Seaside.

Our condo is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, right in the middle of 30A with easy access to HWY 98 to Panama City Beach or Destin about a 20 minute drive away. We are located just across from the street from the boardwalk to the beautiful beaches of 30A, about 100 yards from the sand. We are just one mile from Seaside, an easy bike ride or walk on the trails along 30A.

Our first floor unit sits right across from the pool. Parking is right outside your door. Our newly remodeled unit is updated and has everything you need. We have a full kitchen, with a queen size bed, comfortable new furniture, new tile throughout, granite counter tops and a totally remodeled bath with walk in shower. This is all waiting for you to come and enjoy, relax, and get away.

Always a good stay.

Just got back from our second time staying here and it’s always a good time. Very cozy and perfect space for a couple. Host is very nice and responsive. Location is right across from beach access and not a far bike ride to seaside square.

Awesome

The property was exactly how it was pictured. Very clean. The beach was a short walk across the street and the pool was right outside of the back door. The owner was very easy to communicate with as well. I would recommend this area and this condo to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation.

Great rental for a couple. Excellent location. Convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The pool was a nice bonus for a quick dip to cool off. Good parking spot.

The location was perfect for the two of us. We were located closely to a bike rental company as well as the gas station. It was only a few minutes by bike… few more by foot to seaside. The room we rented was more than accommodating for my wife and I. Which, is also something that I really have to brag on! They have thought of everything a person could need and MORE to make your stay as cozy and relaxed as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy spot that located extremely close to public access. 10 out of 10 all day l!

Really enjoyed our week visit. Was during spring break so was a little rowdy but we can appreciate those having fun. Gorgeous water and beach. We'll be back!

Great Stay in an Affordable Place!

This condo is a great deal for the money! It was spacious for a studio with plenty of space for 3 adults! There is a pull out couch and beach chairs were a pleasant surprise! Easy access to the beach and seaside only a little over a mile away. Would for sure stay again!

Great place!

This place was perfect for a getaway for 2 moms! It was well stocked with all we needed. The hostess was super fast at responding to any questions. The location was perfect- close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed being able to walk next door to rent bikes. We will be back!

This place was perfect for our family Of 4! Condo was clean, included everything we needed to cook meals and the location was excellent (literally across the street from the beach!) This was our first time to 30A and we were concerned about public / private beach access but never had an issue. Loved the area and being between the busier towns - fun to visit but nice coming home to a quieter area. Hope to return soon!

Perfect Getaway

This place is a gem! The cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at. We loved parking right at the door, the easy and quick walk to the beach, and being able to walk or ride bikes to meals and activities. The bike rental was just steps away from our place. It was also nice having the pool steps from the back door. We will be back!

Amazing Time!

We had the best time, no complications at all with our stay and was perfect for the two of us. The location wasn’t far away from anywhere we wanted to go. Seaside is just a quick bike ride away and Rosemary is a quick drive. I was worried about the public beach and if they’d be enough space but we had plenty of space to set our stuff up. This trip couldn’t have gone any smoother!

Hidden Beach Villas

My family and I had a fantastic stay. This is our 2nd year in a row to stay here. Very clean and wonder location to beach, food, grocery store and entertainment. We realized we could use a bit more storage in the unit and maybe separate beds for our kiddos. Otherwise the unit is fantastic and the owners are quick to respond to any request or questions we had. Thank you for another fabulous experience!!

Studio perfect for 2 people.

Excellent little bottom floor studio rental. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the pool and laundry access was convenient for the 2 of us. Notes: One beach chair and a dilapidated umbrella, had to buy 2 chairs and an umbrella. Would have brought from home but I had read reviews that said they were provided. Crossing the road to get to the beach was okay but the steep stairs to the beach weren’t easy for us. It was too far to go back up to the unit for restroom and lunch. Nice peaceful beach but no beach conveniences like bathrooms. That’s just FYI for the older set and why I wouldn’t stay again.
