This spacious 2BR 1.5 BA condo is located in the Heart of Gulf Shores, on East Beach Blvd. Gulf View condominiums is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants (The Hangout, Pink Pony, Mikee's, Shrimp Basket, Sea-N-Suds), shopping, miniature golf, and night life.

This two-story unit has everything you need for your home away from home in Gulf Shores. The lower level offers a well-stocked kitchen- with everything you need for cooking including, Keurig Coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots/pans, dinnerware, and silverware. An open and spacious living/dining area with a queen sleeper sofa, dining table with seating for four, entertainment center with TV, and wireless internet router. Attached to the living/dining area is a private balcony with outdoor seating . On the lower level there is a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. There is also a 1/2 bath located in the hallway.
Bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a private balcony.The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and built-in twin bunks. The full bath is located between the two bedrooms.
There is a parking fee of $40 per vehicle- Maximum of 2 vehicles. This must be paid at check-in.

Check-In: After 4:00 PM
Check-Out: Before 10:00 AM


No Smoking is allowed in the unit or on balconies.

The check-in process was very smooth with the door code being sent the morning of along with other important information! The property overall did not disappoint, everything was very nice, well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach (about 2-3 minutes) which was very convenient. It was also nice to have a view of the ocean despite being across the street! I would definitely recommend this condo for your next stay!

Great spot!

Stayed for 4th July holiday and the location was PERFECT! House was clean and communication was easy! Did not take advantage of the shared pool due to too many people is the evenings. Absolutely will be back again.

Best family vacay

The property is walking distance to a lot of fun and restaurants. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The unit was very clean. The pool was great to have as an option. We did not want to leave!

Pleasant stay

This was my first time visiting Gulf Shores and I had no idea what to expect. I searched and searched online to find the right place to stay that checked all the boxes for me and my family and thank God we found a place that was spacious, clean and close to so many places. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Everything was detailed and easy. It made the visit stress free!

Girls Trip

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. I think the property is older but the condo was clean, smelled great, & was decorated really cute. The pool area was well kept and had new chairs to relax in. The Hangout, and several other restaurants/shops are a short walking distance. We enjoyed our stay & want to thank the host for how quickly he responded. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect Gulf Shores condo

Host was very responsive to the few issues that we had and corrections were made almost instantly. Condo was completely remodeled and beautiful. Within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. Perfect condo in the perfect location!

Great location

The place is decorated very nicely and was very clean upon arrival. It's a short walk to the Hangout, a snow cone place, the beach, and souvenir shops. Our kids really liked the bunk beds and comfy couch. None of these were a huge deal but a few things that could have been better just as an FYI - the pool was a little smaller than we imagined and the complex could have done a better job of enforcing trash pick up from outside units and the overflowing dumpsters. The walls were also pretty thin and we had trouble operating the master bedroom fan/light. Finally, it would have been nice to have a little more supplies depending on the days we were there (towels, paper towels, soap, etc. were pretty skimpy for spending 7 days and and almost $2k) as well as more rugs - we had sandy feet and beds the whole time (but I guess that's part of being at the beach!). Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Location is right!

Condo was just as pictured! Clean, comfortable and perfect location. There were so many restaurants and things to do right around the corner. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed to cook meals and relax at night. The pool was really nice and private, nice to go in at night after a day at the beach. I would definitely stay here again, we really enjoyed!

Gorgeous in Gulf Shoes

This property was absolutely amazing. Right across from the beach, community pool and amazing restaurant’s in the area is all this little family could hope for. Every thing is as advertised. Book immediately as it was so easy and communicating with the host was effortless. My family will be booking again in the near future!!!

Home away from home

The condo was beautiful. Looks even better in person. So clean. Had everything that you would need. Located right cross the street from the beach. Which was a plus. Robert was great. When we needed some assistant he did not hesitate getting back with us. We will definitely stay here again.

Just canceled the morning of check In

That hosted that the condo had a fire the morning we were to check in. My family was currently in route to the condo. Upon arriving no in Gulf Sores we rode to the condo to see if there were damages in that unit. There was no sign of damage and other families were coming and going. Host did not offer to help with accommodations. VRBO did find us a hotel for that night and they would provide us with another property for the remainder of the stay. We received and email we were left to find our own room. This was very difficult to find, especially since out money was tied up with this property and would not be refunded for 15 days. This renter ruined our trip and cost s $$$. I spent two days on the phone searching for a place to stay. We went from renting a condo to 5 adults staying in one Hotel room, one bathroom, and no washer or dryer. We had to eat out every meal because did not have a kitchen.

It was good until it went bad

Unit was appropriate compared to provided pictures. There was construction being done outside at the back of the building which was unsightly and we should have been inform about this before booking. Inside the unit was clean and comfortable. Items provided for showering, cooking, etc were in clean and/or in working order. Unit was in a good location and within walking distance to public beach/entertainment/restaurants. Obtaining parking pass was not convenient because cash was needed and no one was in the office during our arrival time (4PM check in) to assist. Now the worst part... We were awakened at 5am to smoke detectors going off and quickly realized there was a fire in the condo. According to the Fire Dept, it appeared The exhaust fan in the half bathroom below the stairs started a fire. We had to evacuate and fire dept responded to put the fire out. Office manager was accommodating and offered us another unit on site to shower and get things together. Responding property owner of entire condominium building was less than personable and seemed bothered that he had to be there. Never met the owner of the specific unit that we rented. Our trip was cut short abruptly.
