Located on the beach and is just steps from Margaritaville Resort!

You will absolutely love this location. Great view from the front door. Just down the stairs and a few steps, you are at a public beach access. We have everything you need from pitchers to make mojitos to beach toys to umbrellas. Yes, there are floaties as well:). Just a couple blocks from Time Square and the pier. In the middle of so many great restaurants and bars. Parasailing, jet skis rental, and dolphin tours very close. The apartment is loaded with anything you may have forgotten.
The space
The space is smaller but the location is perfect for all the places you'd like to see in FMB. We added a murphy bed so larger groups could stay. Down the steps of the balcony and your at the public beach access!

There laundry down the left of the stairway balcony if needed.
Other things to note
Lani Kai hotel next door can be loud at night sometimes. We just turn the fan on in the bathroom.

The Lani Kai's dumpster is an eye swore. We have never had a smelling issue but it could happen.

This area is a bit of a party area. There are ways to get away from that on the beach if needed.

If you have too much luggage a trick we learned is to keep it open and slide it under the bed.
