The Space:

The entire home has a total of four bedrooms upstairs plus a pull-out sofa in the second downstairs living space for additional sleeping.



There are a total of two and a half bathrooms; the half bath being downstairs and the other two full bathrooms located upstairs.



UPSTAIRS:

All four bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs.

- The master bedroom has a queen bed, a private bathroom, a small couch, a Smart TV, and a vanity.

- The second bedroom has another queen bed, two bedside tables, and a Smart TV

- The third bedroom has another queen bed, a Smart TV, a dresser for storage, and two bedside tables.

- The fourth and "secret" bedroom is located behind the bookcases of the master and third bedroom. When you swing open the hinges of the bookcase, you will find a large fourth bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds, a futon sofa, and a Smart TV.



DOWNSTAIRS:

- The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you might need to cook your favorite dishes. It contains all necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a burner, and a dishwasher.

- The main dining area holds a large picnic-style table for plenty of seating for guests. Behind the table, in the kitchen, the counter is extended and provides two chairs for additional seating, mini-bar style. There is also another table with four chairs located in the second living room that can be used for additional seating, if needed.

There are two living spaces downstairs.

- The main living room has a large sectional, chairs, a Smart TV, and coffee tables.

- The second living room (that can be closed off to make a fifth bedroom) has a pull-out sofa, a Smart TV, and a table with seating for four people.



The private backyard is fenced-in and contains a small gazebo with a grill and picnic table, and a deck patio with multiple seating areas. One of the seating areas is around a fire pit and the other is an additional picnic table.

This listing does NOT include access to the garage apartment. That is a separate listing. There is a defined fence and gate between the two. Please stay on your side of the fence.



The Neighborhood:

You are able to walk through the neighborhood on your way to the beach. Many homes are over 100 years old and a few even survived the great storm of 1900! Our historic home is located near many popular restaurants such as the original Shrimp N' Stuff and Queens BBQ. The home is very close to local convenience stores and Target.



In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Postoffice where quaint shops and art galleries around. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as a historic setting for live theatre. And, we love our festivals and special events here in Galveston!
