Winter vacation

It was a nice place to stay. Nice neighborhood. Wish it had been closer to beaches. We enjoyed our stay. Was just like the pictures looked like.

Our stay was phenomenal. Thd home was immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the neighborhood was quiet. Pictures of property was exactly as shown. Will stay again on our next trip to JAX!

Saved Our Day

This house was perfect. We had a family emergency and needed somewhere to stay immediately. We were able to book and stay the same day, with great help from the host. We also needed to extend our stay and Brian was able to work with us.

In-laws

I rented this house for my sister's new in-laws and it was perfect. They were extremely impressed with how clean and up to date the home was. I think they were more comfortable there then if they had stayed with one of us. Thank you for making their visit so pleasant!

Very comfortable and homey

At one time there were about 15 adults and 2 kids visiting us. Plenty of room. Love the open concept of the home. My sister uses a walker to get around, plenty of room for her to move around with ease. If we are back in the area and need a home to stay we will contact you. Thanks again.

Had a good stay

Property was as listed and expected. The kids had a blast and loved the games provided by the host. Had a small issue with entry keypad batteries when we arrived but the owner was very easy to reach and got back to me right away. Everything needed to insure a good and clean stay was provided such as broom, mop, and cleaning clothes (these items are normally locked away in NC). Neighborhood was not top notch but we never felt unsafe and we were never personally bothered by anyone. Will be staying here again on our next visit.

Amazing 🤩

Hidden gem is super comfortable. You just need your personal things and that's it. We felt super comfortable and welcomed. We stayed for a month when we were for our new house to be done and we couldn't choose a better place to stay.
