Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. Beautiful lake front community in the Desert 🌵 2nd floor 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Desert Shores has a heated pool and spa also tennis courts and gas barbecue for your enjoyment. Televisions in every room and very comfortable furniture you will love this place! Close too many great restaurants and castle and coasters amusement park fun for everyone. Close to all major freeways for easy access statewide.
The space
The Desert Shores complex has a lighted tennis court and we have tennis racquets and balls for you to use. The complex has recently upgraded the pool area it is heated for year around use. It also has a nicely heated jacuzzi to relax in after your run around the lake. Relaxing in your patio is just what the doctor ordered...you will love this place as much as we do!
We have a covered parking spot, access to pool , tennis courts and lake side paths and you will be provided a key to access these facilities as well as an elevator key and wagon to help you transport your items upstairs.
Our place is located at 28th the drive and Peoria Ave it is close interstate I-17 for easy access throughout the city and state.

First of all the communication with the host was excellent and very accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The walk around the pond each day was very relaxing!

Very clean property with a lake front view from the screened balcony. The community hot tub was fun to enjoy in the evenings. The host left champagne in the fridge as well! Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Girls trip and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Place

The overall stay was excellent. The balcony view looking over at the lake was lovely. Location was just perfect in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The host was very helpful and communicated well throughout the stay. If you are looking for relaxation and convenience this location is what you need. Lovely. Thank you.

Close to Grand Canyon University.

Great location for my needs… seeing student at Grand Canyon university. Close to highways and all the necessities. Loved the lake and walking paths. Great kitchen , comfortable bed and quiet.

Perfect place to relax...

Comfortable balcony overlooks a small lake that is .8 of a mile to walk around. Lovely place. Has extra things you love to find at a VRBO: full length mirror, a "real" hairdryer (not the whiny ones found at hotels) and more. We found it very quiet and relaxing.

Check in was very easy. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our needs. We didn’t use the kitchen aside from the fridge and a knife and cutting board but it seemed to be well equipped.The space is very comfortable and spacious. Just what we were looking for

My husband and I were on a quick get away. This was an easy trip from the airport, great parking and an awesome view. We enjoyed morning walks on the path around the little lake. The condo was more than what we needed, but we were drawn to the screened patio and the view of the water. We went to watch games at the Peoria sports complex, which was am easy drive. Would totally stay here again!

Enjoyed our time at the condo

Condo was conveniently located. Host was helpful-got us a 2nd parking place when our daughter decided to join. Bottle of champaign in the fridge!. The lake was nice with a 1 mile loop, and we rarely heard other people/music, although my wife was awoken at times from the ducks/geese at the lake. The biggest improvement I could suggest is the queen bed could use a new mattress.

Cool time in Phoenix

Weather was very unArizona-like during our visit (cold & rainy). Property is in an older complex with a huge lake, but is we’ll kept. This 2nd floor unit has a large screened-in patio that overlooks the lake. Inside the unit is a spacious floor plan that is well-stocked with all the essentials. This unit is directly across from the swimming pool, hot tub, and pickleball court. The Owner was very responsive to minor issues we had during our stay!

We love this property because it is very convenient to a major freeway to get all over the city and state. The property has a man made lake that is very enjoyable and with paths, beautiful landscaping, ducks , geese and other wildlife. We also have a very nice pool and spa, tennis courts and gas BBQ's for your use. It is a very quiet complex and we are close many nice restaurants, colleges, casinos, lakes and event stadiums.
