Located in Long Barn & is just a short drive to DodgeRidge/Pinecrest. Relax on the spacious deck or hang out in the backyard around the firepit. Central AC/heat will keep you cozy all year long. During winter season please be prepared with snow chains and/or 4WD vehicle due to heavy snow fall. We do our best to have the driveway and staircase cleared of snow but cannot guarantee it, guests may need to shovel.

-BBQ propane grill, outdoor heater and fire out available (guests may need to supply propane)

We had a great time. The cabin was roomy and well stocked. Check in and check was super simple . We would definitely rent again!

Disappointed

We stayed here last Winter. I ah e been debating this review for a while. Because I hate leaving bad reviews. But as I get ready to book another cabin this year I really felt the need that I needed to note what happened in our experience so people are aware. 1. The location showed pictures of wood burning stone with no notations that it was not allowed to be used by guests until I asked if we should being our own wood or not. It wasn’t until we went back and forth that the owner posted something on their listing about it. It was very deceiving. Who rents a cabin in the winter and does not intend to use a wood burning stove? If I just wanted a heater, I would have stayed home. 2. When we arrived we saw only pillows with dirty old shams on them. There were no extra pillows. When I reached out to the owner to ask for pillow cases he said they were put away for owner access only. Luckily I rummaged through the house and found some that I made work even though they were not the correct size. The pillows were super flat and uncomfortable. 3. All towel were left fold DAMP in the cabinet. 4. The “amenities” were very minimal 5. They had a beautiful Christmas tree up but that did not make up for a disappointing family vacation. 6. Not to mention there were rules for everything and a lot of owner use only. 7. If you do not want people touching or using things in your property, then I suggest not renting it out. There was never an apology or a follow up.

Family friendly

The Ryland cabin was clean and very inviting we all felt comfortable and cozy. We went for a few days including Christmas eve, Christmas day and to our surprise there was a fully decorated tree for my grandkids who luved it. We will definitely be coming back.

AMAZING TIME

The property is beautiful, plenty of room to accommodate a group of people. Loved the arcade machines up stairs, overall had an amazing time!

We are the Rylands! We love the outdoors, adventures and traveling! When we are not traveling we are taking care of our little farm- alpacas, goats, chickens, highland cow and dogs. Relaxing in the mountains has always been one of our favorite things to do and we are grateful to be able to share our cabin with you!

The cabin has beautiful wood work throughout the cabin with a beautiful custom staircase! It is located in a small quiet community near Sugar Pine Creek, right down the road from an ice skating rink. 11 miles from Dodge Ridge and Pinecrest Lake. If you don't want to explore the outdoors, the cabin has a large deck where you can enjoy beautiful forest views or hang out in the backyard by the firepit! Do you enjoy old school arcade games? You're in luck! The cabin has an arcade loft with 3 arcade machines! Traveling with children? As parents ourselves, we understand the importance of a childproof home and have done our best with ensuring the safety of little ones at the Ryland Cabin. We hope you enjoy our family friendly cabin!
