This was the perfect place for our family to stay! We wanted to spend a day at Congaree National Park, and visit Lake Marion. This location was great! The home is cozy, clean, and comfortable! I loved the decor, the kitchen had everything we needed for the couple meals we ate there. We highly recommend staying here.

Highly recommend

This place was just what we needed for a little R&R. It was clean and the host was super responsive. Quiet area with plenty to do within a 25-55 minute drive.

Peaceful Stay

My family found this little gem and were very comfortable and satisfied with the location (near Pinewood and Sumter) for my dad’s funeral and Celebration of Life. The peacefulness is just what we all needed. Very clean and well equipped.

Fishing trip may easy

Fishing in tournament on Santee Cooper lake. Saying at the little house in Pinewood was perfect. The house was ready in a way for us to stay for a long. Close to the lake, easy in and out with the boat, safe, private and quite. The web sight was right on, picture were just as it was at the house.

Southern Hospitality

What a great trip! We came down last year to the Santee Cooper area with a group for a bass fishing trip and decided to come back in search of those big green fish. This house was perfect for us. It was clean as a pin and had ample parking for our trucks and boats. The owner was very responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate our larger than normal group. The property is conveniently located on the upper end of Lake Marion near several launch areas (Pack's Landing, Sparkleberry). It was just a great property for what we needed. After spending long days on the water we were able to come back and relax and enjoy the remainder of our day. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend!! We would stay again if we come back in the future!!

quiet rural cottage.

We have stayed in lots of VRBO's over the past 10 years, this place was a treat for three nights. Clean, well equipped kitchen , great king size bed and huge TV.

Loved being away from town.

This stay was wonderful, at 1st we were only stay 3 days but I was able to talk with host and get the extra 3 days. It was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Host always answered my questions promptly. I would absolutely stay again.
