Dudley's Southern Charm

This charming home has space for the entire family. Originally designed as a four bedroom house, this home gives your family or friends the perfect environment to relax or work. Enjoy family time in the large kitchen area or private time in the den. Every room in the home is equipped with Roku televisions, wifi , and remotes. The house even has a screened in front porch to enjoy coffee and protect you from the Louisiana elements.
The space
This centrally located home is big enough to have the family around the kitchen table and all be comfortable. Televisions are mounted in every room including the kitchen so even the chef can watch television or kids can watch tv as they eat.
Guest access
They have access to the entire house. Washer and dryer are on back side of house if needed.

Super roomy and spacious home!

Stayed for convention of Jehovahs witnesses. Close distance to arena and all attractions and places to eat.

Birthday trip

We stayed at this property it was older home well maintained clean and great location close to downtown. We needed towels and within 15 minutes they were delivered the host made sure we were taken care of ..we will definitely stay here again

My family and I spent a few days in Shreveport, visiting my daughter, before Christmas. We enjoyed the house and the city. The neighborhood is very quiet. Don't judge the outside, this house is great for the price. Love It.

Very nice property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and nicely kept. The property was clean and neat. The location provided easy access to our activities. We would highly recommend for your next stay in the area. We will not hesitate to book again next year for our return trip. The restaurant recommendations were out of sight good. Wonderful food. Thank you very much.

Dudley's Southern charm

The house was very open and clean. Comfortable and easy to use, parking and access is clear and easy to find. A little sparse on towels for the kitchen and pots and pans, but we like to cook and made all our own meals. The house was well taken care of and we all had a great time using it to the fullest.

I can only give everything about this stay 5 stars! From the beginning of the booking, all through the entire stay. Brian was prompt and so helpful with the many messages back and forth. The house was exactly as described in the pictures. Clean and roomy, we enjoyed everything about it. Close to casinos and restaurants, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of covered parking. Beds were comfortable, house was stocked with plenty of towels and linens. Would definitely recommend.

Southern Comfort!

Brian was a great host. Very responsive and quick to respond to all my questions. House was very comfortable and clean. There were a few things like having soap in the showers snd dish towels for dishes but certainly not a big deal. Kitchen is equipped with basic pots pans, dishes, utensils and has a coffee machine. There is not a dishwasher which was fine for us but I had overlooked the fact when booking. There is a nice charcoal grill which we used - grill utensils would be good to have but we managed fine. All and all was a perfect place for our visit.

This was a very nice house, my family and I were very happy with the location. The house from the our side appears small, when you get inside it is open and plenty of room. The kitchen/dining area was spacious and the bedrooms were good size as well. There was plenty of parking in front and in back. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The location is close to anything you might need. Gas station and grocery store is with in a walkable distance. It is very close to Barksdale Air Base. The property manager was very receptive and accommodating to our needs. I would stay there again!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. From the outside, it’s just a house in the neighborhood, but inside it is absolutely gorgeous. Obviously well maintained, clean, with an enormous kitchen and dining room with every amenity you could reasonably ask for. And, probably most importantly, the air conditioning was able to keep the home cool during the hottest parts of 105 degree days. The host communicates clearly and quickly. I could not recommend Dudley’s Southern Charm more highly.

Family and friend's vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was in a quiet neighborhood within a short drive to Louisiana Downs, shopping and restaurants. The home was much larger than we had expected. Everything was there that we needed, the home was clean and well furnished. Kitchen included pots, pans and cooking utensils. Refrigerator included an ice maker which was nice. Plenty of seating for dining and playing cards. Beds were comfortable as well as the seating in the living area. Shower was the best, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I would suggest more towels and some seating on the screened in from porch. This property will definitely be on our short list when we visit Bossier City again.

Excellent stay very comfortable

This place exceeded our expectations, we got in late and the host had everything ready for us. Very comfortable very spacious, loved that it was a tv in every room and in the living room and dining room.
