Great property and neighborhood

Went down to visit some family for my son’s birthday and we loved the property. Super well maintained with everything we needed. Neighbor good was nice and good access to whatever we needed locally. Would and probably will stay here again if it’s available next time we visit

Great place to stay!

Upon arrival the place was neat and tidy. All of the rooms and linens were clean and in great shape for us to use. We did notice the fire pit and umbrella were slightly damaged so those were not able to be used. Overall we had a pleasant experience and a nice stay!

The house was very clean and comfortable. I wasn’t pleased with the commendations of the towels in the bathrooms, and kitchen equipment such as pots, pans, plates, bowls, large cooking spoons, forks and spoons to eat with, etc. Our family of four was there for thanksgiving and it wasn’t even enough to accommodate us. We had to run out and buy plastic stuff from Walmart. The house was nice and comfortable otherwise. Very clean and the host answered my texts each time I tried to contact him with an issue. So that was an A. Even sent his maintenance man over to take care of an issue with the hot water. The beds were very comfortable! The listing says the house is for only 6 guest max and that is very real!! I loved the fact that we all had our own TV to watch whatever we wanted and a wide variety of channels to search and enjoy. Plus a large TV in the family room to enjoy TV together. The back yard was wonderful. The overall experience was very good

Brothers Trip

My two brothers and I stayed at this house. It was clean and perfect for the three of us. Large family room. Great location. Very close to the interstate and within15 minutes from casinos and golf. If you just need a place to stay with the comforts of home, I would recommend this house.

Weekend celebration

This house was perfect for our weekend! We all came together for a concert in Shreveport so the location was perfect for everyone to stay. The owner gave great recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. The house was ready and very clean. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. Very quiet neighborhood.

A short weekend getaway

First Let me say we would definitely book this home again. All our issues were minor but worth mentioning the backyard is large and beautiful it just need to be cleaned and some patio furniture, we really just wanted to sit outside since it was so nice in the mornings the yard needs a little more work other than mowing the bush at the front door needs to be trimmed it hides the house number and watch out for the ants piles by the driveway the front entrance needs a little cleaning and sweeping around the door way. The master bathtub handle is broken so it drips. We did enjoy our trip and like I said all minor issues.

Nice big house

We really enjoyed the property and the price was reasonable. A couple of things we would have liked are: - patio furniture - chairs to sit in the living room area The host was very friendly and responsive. There was an issue with back door screen and he had his maintenance guy out there same day to do repairs. He also followed up to make sure we were doing ok and if we had any questions or concerns.

Home away from Home

We loved our stay. The house was beautifully well maintained and had amazing upgrades added. The only complaints I have are #1) there was absolutely nothing to bathe with. I mean not even a bar of soap. There is a walmart within walking distance so easy to fix, but getting in late (after Wal-Mart had closed for the night) and being unable to at least bathe was a bummer. #2) while searching high and low for some kind of soap, we opened the cabinet under the master bathroom sink. There were numerous roaches. They did look long dead, however I have a phobia of roaches so this immediately made me uncomfortable. I searched the house high and low and saw no other sign of vermon so I am excusing this as a one off. #3 There is a fireplace as in the pictures, however we were unable to get it working (its electric) we tried every which was from Sunday to make it work and no dice. I think it must have been disconnected to prevent useage. Would have been nice to use the fireplace. Overall, those are the only issues we had. The host was amazing, even walking me through a complete user error issue I was having with the sink. I appreciated there being a nice tv in each room and fast wifi! Central heat and air worked great and loved the smart thermostat.Loved the ability to use the garage, did not find the garage door opener until our last day there but love that it was available. Overall we are very pleased and will be back!

After investigating, we confirmed that what was seen were dead water bugs, not roaches. The property is regularly exterminated, and the presence of dead insects actually indicates that our pest control measures are working effectively. As for the fireplace, I wish we had the opportunity to assist you during your stay! The fireplace is gas-operated (not electric), and I would have been happy to provide instructions on how to use it. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll look into making instructions more accessible for future guests.
