Second time staying here. It's small but a great place to stay. Clean and quiet with a pool and dock to rent a boat for your stay. My only suggestion for the owners would be to maybe update the bed and maybe update the bedding to be a little more comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect house for the two of us!

Best hosts!

John and CeCe are the best hosts! The house is perfect for what we need. There is a bait freezer, which my husband appreciates, along with a few fishing supplies. The house is well maintained and is perfect for our needs.

Great Vacation Getaway!

Wonderful little cottage...we especially loved the pool and outdoor area! Hosts are awesome! Checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything! Would definitely stay here again! A big thanks to John and CeCe!

Winter Getaway

Hidden Gem

We loved our stay! John and Cece stopped by a few times during our stay to ensure we had everything we need! The house was clean and was perfect for just my husband and I, and the pool was warm and clean as well. We hope to be back soon!

Cute house!

The house was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The driveway is super small and can only fit one vehicle so keep that in mind whenever booking! The owners are friendly and stop by almost daily. If you are boating it is in the perfect location next to Vaca cut and on the same canal as Two Conchs Marina!

Relaxing and Peaceful

The house and neighborhood was relaxing and peaceful. Even though the next door house was under construction it was minimum to no noise. The owners stopped by a couple of times to say hi and check in to ensure we had everything we need. The house has everything to cook/grill, lounge by the pool, and visit the beach.

Everything we Needed and Nothing we Didn't

Our first time to the Keys and our sweet little house next to the sea was perfect. It's easy to see why John and CeCe get the rave reviews; you can't help but fall in love with them. About the house. If you're looking for hoity toity lux accommodations with plush robes and precious furnishings, this isn't your place. But if you're looking for a clean and neat well located vintage bungalow with everything you need PLUS an awesome private pool overlooking the water, look no further! We highly recommend this rental and hope that one day our paths cross again with John and his smart and friendly wife CeCe.

Beautiful property, great location

The owners were so very nice and we couldnt have asked for more in a property. The hone was beautiful and had everything we would have or could have needed. I highly recommended it, especially if renting a boat. Docking was so easy. Sitting by the pool in the morning reminded me of summertime at home.

Wonderful Getaway

John and Cece are the best hosts that we have ever met. They checked in with us, seeing if we needed anything. And responded quickly to any requests. The home and pool were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay so much, we already booked for next year!

It's a Keeper!

We loved the pool, and the location with water views! Very well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. All you could ask for. The owners were nearby and very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Just Plain Relaxing

This was a very relaxing vacation at an awesome home! Super clean and well stocked with just about everything you would need to make your stay very pleasant.
