Private casita (guest house) with brand new full kitchen located in a quiet gated community. Enjoy our home's casita/ guest suite with a private entrance in a separated building. The casita comes with a Queen size bed, and another pullout sleeper, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The place equipped with kitchen, kitchen appliances, smart TV, a air mattress. The property set in .33 acres and it has two buildings: main building is the main residence of the owner (host). The second building is the casita (guest house) which you are renting. Both buildings are not connecting.

Within 10 minutes of shopping, restaurants, groceries, Goodyear ballpark / spring training, public parks, CTCA, and more. Palm Valley golf course, 2 mi from Wigwam Resort, and Luke AFB. Close to I-10 and the 303.

The property has the pool and hot tub. Pool is free to use. If you like to use a heated Hot tub, the cost fee to heat up the hot tub is $60 per day of usage. Please provide 24 hours notice advance if you like to use the hot tub.

It was a good location for us and provided us with everything we needed for cooking. There was an issue with check in. The picture of the front door was not correct and the check in instructions did not mention that there was a key code box, but the door was open. We reached out to the host who said we should look for the door as shown in the listing (which was wrong!). She finally got us help but it took an hour to get in.

It was very easy to access! The communication was clear! Not a whole lot to do for check out which was good! They had a stocked bathroom with shampoos and conditioner and body wash also! Bed was very comfortable and loved the kitchen! We didn’t spend a whole lot of time there but we loved the neighborhood! Very safe gated community! Would definitely stay there again! Was a great getaway for our honeymoon!

Spring Training Baseball and hiking trip

Great property great location. Lots of extras. Won’t spoil that with details since sometimes those extras might rotate or swap out. Easy to come and go. Price was great too. For the two of us it was perfect.

The casita was so comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive. We loved the location. We were close to many hiking trails in White Tank Mountain. I would recommend staying here!

Great place for two!

This is an excellent host. They are very communicative. I especially appreciated the accompanying photos for check in directions. The place itself has everything you could need for a stay to be comfortable. The bed is firm and blankets soft. The kitchen had all the utensils you needed. Even ice was made in the freezer trays ready to use! It was a bit chilly for us to use the pool while we were there, but that didn't stop us from trying! It is a beautiful pool area. The hot tub was a little disappointing as it kept turning off, so we never got to really use it at temperature despite paying the noted fee. We overall had the greatest time and really enjoyed our time there!

Excellent stay

My husband and I were in Goodyear visiting family and found this little gemof a place. It was clean, wonderful location, and the host was an amazing communicator! She responded promptly and provided both written and pictorial notes on entry and stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely Casita

The whole property is very pretty. The casita is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is well-appointed. The bed is very comfortable. Hong is very easy to communicate with. She was very helpful when I had some difficulty entering the code into the keypad for the development, even coming out to the gate to coach me! One particularly nice touch was a note on the door of the casita that reminds the guest to make sure to take their phone charger with them when their stay is over—obviously, Hong has had some experience with this! A very pleasant place to stay! Thanks!

Great for a quick trip

Stayed here for 4 nights. Had everything I needed. Able to make breakfast & coffee and head out for the day. Lots of hiking nearby and good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Inaccurate description-No VRBO help

What a horrific experience. We rented this casita looking forward to a quiet, private stay. Instead, we arrived to a “private pool” solely in the backyard of the main house, within full view of their main living area, not even adjacent to the casita. When we spoke to the host about our surprise she told us they would just “not look”. This came far short of the point of renting our own place with a private pool. Had it read “pool shared with main house but casita has exclusive use” we would at least have had correct expectations and had the option to make a better choice. Instead we arrived and were EXTREMELY disappointed. But the hits just kept coming. While on the phone with the host explaining our concerns, she let us know that not only was the plan to just “not look” but she would also be gone over our time there, leaving her teenage boys home alone so, our concern of feeling watched doubled.

Cute stay!

Absolutely the cutest little casita. We have never stayed on someone else’s property before but it was so pleasant and I actually couldn’t wait to come back, lay down and just enjoy the ambience of the home. We used the pool as well and the family was so sweet. The little girl came out and her and my daughter hit it off. The owner did ask if that was ok first which it totally was. Kids being entertained is a plus for parents!

Nice Casita

The property was gorgeous and easy to access. We didn’t have time to check out the pool/hottub, but they looked lovely. It’s worth noting there was a note saying heating of the hottub would cost $60 a day. Amenities in the casita were all working well, good water pressure, climate control etc…

Nice stay but...

The neighborhood was very quiet, communication with the host was great, check in was very easy. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the property. It seemed as if the casita had not been cleaned in a while..If I could show photos of what we found I would. Some dishes in the cabinets were dirty. There was a cup with lipstick on it and a few plates/silverware that still had food on them .There was expired food in the fridge, assuming was left by previous guests..And multiple opened "Blue Chew" wrappers on the windowsill in the bathroom. The bathroom light did not work. We were unaware we had to pay a "$60 per day fee" to heat up the hot tub, it would have been nice to know this beforehand.

We arrived late at night (flight delays). We are not familiar with gated communities and could not get the gate to open. Finally, another car came and opened the gate. We then had trouble opening the gate to get into the property . Just needed to push the door in, before turning the handle , but we did not know that! We loved the place, quiet and nicer than a hotel room! But specific instructions for us “country folks” could have made our check in smooth at midnight !

Goodyear vacation

It was very nice. So much nicer than a hotel. Was hoping to use the hot tub but it wasn’t working at the time. Host apologized numerous times. Everything else was very nice. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again if in the neighborhood. Rental was clean and homey. Thank you!!
