Peaceful and serene Hill country property

New construction, modern 2 story custom home with Interior designers attention to details. Makes this home perfect for a family, a couples weekend get-a-way, or a friend's weekend. Features 3 upstairs bedrooms all with king size beds, 2.5 baths, a ground level game room outfitted with a killer ping pong table for those with a competitive "spirit". Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, 2 coffee stations with Keurig and brew coffee pot. Other appliances such as grill, blenders and air fryer for all your cooking needs. Outdoor dining area, as well is a Adirondack's under the canopy of trees for star gazing and fireflies dancing in the night. There are market lights to light up area and a propane grill for outdoor cooking. Grocery stores are nearby for all of your needs. Games for the adults and kids alike. We have recently added a firepit for relaxing by fire.(Adult use only/ check for bans in the area)

There is ample on-site guest parking. Bonus, bring your boat, there is a spot for it! Located just 2 miles from Boat Ramp 5, or detour to Comal Park, where you will find beach entries, grills, picnic areas and more for added fun in the sun. If golfing is your adventure, you are a short 5-minute drive to the public golf course. The Whitewater Amphitheater for live music and the Guadalupe River are 10 minutes away. You are close to breweries, winery and distillery. Enjoy local restaurants after an exhilarating day on the water. Shop nearby Wimberly, New Braunfels, Blanco, Gruene or even venture to Fredericksburg for the day. You will love the drive anywhere you go, especially Devil's Backbone!

For security purposes, cameras are located on the exterior of the home only. No Pets, No smoking, No parties or events are allowed. Maximum occupancy is 6 guest per reservation. Must be 25 years of age for securing reservations. We would also recommend trip/travel insurance for those unexpected events. Signed rental agreement, photo ID and Security Deposit required.

The property was impeccable.

The eye for detail was impeccable and was a pleasure to rent. The owner communicated very well and made the process very easy. The property area was very quiet and within all the amenities of the Texas hill county.

Girls getaway

This property was great for a gurls getaway. Very new, modern, clean house. We were able to have a relaxing time. An added plus was that the kitchen was fully stocked with many appliances and utensils (more than most properties). Overall, I would stay here again. Thanks for wonderful memories with my girls!

Amazing Property

My husband and I have a great friend group that we love to share new experiences with. All three couples are in our twenties and love to play games and hang out. Firefly bend was absolutely perfect for our stay during the summer. Kim worked with us on arriving a bit early as we were traveling from north texas that morning. We will definitely be back to make this a annual trip!!

Relaxing Getaway

From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the beautiful facilities. This house has a very cozy feel and makes it feel just like home. We enjoyed every second of our stay. We were able to relax, have a great time as a family and build memories that will last a lifetime. Our boys couldn't stop talking about the ping pong table, the daily deer visits, and, of course, the king size beds. Thank you for taking care of us. We shall return.

We both have always dreamed of having a lake house for our family to enjoy and make memories, we never imagined it would happen just 1 year into marriage. Otherwise known as, "our near the lake house." We decided to share so that others can make memories with family and friends! . We were able to incorporate both our expertise for Architecture and Interior Design. We fell in love with the area while we were working on a project, amazed by the clear blue water and rolling hills. It was the perfect escape from the hectic hustle and bustle of BIG city life. One of our favorite things to do during Covid was going for a drive in the country, the Hill Country gave us new territories to explore. There are fun experiences to be had in the many nearby towns, such as wineries, breweries, distillery, shopping (one of Kim's favorite pass times), local restaurants, dancing or tubing down the Guadeloupe. We hope you come for a visit and tell your friends!
