Great spot far enough off of Gulf Boulevard so there was no road noise. Easy walk to the beach and several restaurants! Very clean and the host was a pleasure.

Great location!

The property was smaller than the photos made it look, but was still enough space for my partner and I. Great location in proximity to the beach (really is a 5 minute walk to the beach) and not far from some great local restaurants. Would stay again!

Excellent place to stay with family

Great updated unit for your stay plus everything you need for the beach. Matthew is a great host! We stayed with a toddler and enjoyed it very much (free laundry was a great bonus).

Location is great! We walked to the beach and to restaurants nearby- all very convenient. Indian Rocks Beach is very close to Clearwater Beach but the vibe is much calmer. More families, less parties though we found great live music at the local restaurants. The room is as described. Bed is comfortable, plenty of room to hang out in the main area. We heard the renters walking upstairs the first night but not again. I’m sensitive to noise so that and the ac is kinda loud. I travel with ear plugs so just a heads up. It wasn’t bad at all. The neighborhood was quiet and safe from what we could tell.

Love Silver Sands!

My wife and I stayed 8 days....and felt wonderful....walking to the beach...and to cafes, first floor unit of a 3 unit building on a quiet residential street...so clean we could not tell that we weren't the firist guests!!! Everything provided in the ktichen...beautiful bath, living room couch included a 'pull-out' sofabed! Mathew took care of our every need...a phone call away !! You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely adorable

Stayed here for one night, wished we stayed more. Perfect little place for our needs and super close to the beach and restaurants. Loved the fire table outside and the lights. Loved that detergent was available and beach chairs and towels. This unit had everything we needed. excellent water pressure in the shower and loved the decor! Would stay here again, for sure! Also, Matthew was super communicative and answered all my questions. Easy booking process and we were lucky to be able to get early check-in. Thank you!

Great stay at IRB Bungalow

Property was exactly as described. Location was fantastic - 5 min walk from public beach access; lovely residential neighborhood, 5 min walk from bars, restaurants. Property was great for 2 adults doing a short stay. Bathroom is pretty tiny and bathroom sink is miniature. I had to put my contacts using the kitchen sink and counter. That's the only thing that was a little awkward. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella were great. Matthew was a delightful host! Very communicative, truly kind and helpful.

We spent our honeymoon here and it was absolutely perfect. Matthew was so kind and met us at the property to let us check in early and upgraded us as well, and later in the week checked in to see if everything was going well. The place had everything we needed and was organized and clean. IRB is more private than clearwater and the house is less than a block away from the water. So many great restaurants, shops, and coffee shops to walk to. Matthew had beach towels, chairs, paddle boards and we loved it all. We will definitely be back.
