With a 12 foot high cathedral ceiling and windows on three sides, the guesthouse is spacious and has beautiful mountain views and is clean, light, and airy. This modified chalet has a cozy tree house feel. You' ll relax the moment you walk through the door and you'll get a great night sleep on a new king size bed. It is warm in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer.

The guest house was very well maintained and tastefully decorated. The host is a very friendly and interesting person who pays a lot of attention to details and provides great communication while respecting one's privacy. Very comfortable, clean, and organized. There is a small private deck which is a great place to relax at the end of the day.The property is an easy walk into town or the local park where the Allegheny river runs through. Its more of a small creek since you are so close to the headwaters.the people in Coudersport were very friendly and welcoming as well.I would highly recommend the guest house!!!

Great stay

The guesthouse was just as described, very clean, quiet & comfortable. Close to Cherry Springs and downtown. We had a very relaxing stay & would return. Note there is no oven/stove in case you’re wanting to cook there is a grill, small electric skillet, toaster, microwave or crockpot only.

Great Find

I was traveling for work and needed a place to stay for two nights. This guest house was perfect. Very private, clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, made for a relaxing evening after a long working day. The host was very friendly, easy to get in contact with and made the process very easy. Will recommend to my coworkers when they need to visit this area!

A Getaway Delight

Gail’s guesthouse was clean, comfortable, quiet and private. It is beautifully decorated with many amenities. The location was great for our exploration of the surrounding parks. We appreciated Gail’s hospitality and attention to detail and highly recommend her guesthouse!

Great Stay!

This space was perfect for our 10 year anniversary celebration. Gail was very friendly and responsive. The unit was clean and well furnished. We appreciated the number of towels! Some places only give one. This was a great spot for trips to Cherry Springs, Kinzua, and Benezette. We would definitely stay again! The only slight negatives were that there was no grill even though it was in the listing (we brought filets for anniversary dinner) and there was only 1 pillow per person.

Spent 5 days here in my old hometown. Extra quiet little spot. Not as walkable to downtown as other spots in town. Great property and great host.

We enjoyed our stay at Gail’s Guesthouse. It was perfect for a short getaway in the mountains. Gail made sure we knew where everything was and made herself available if we had questions. The guesthouse was clean and toasty upon our arrival. The bed was comfortable and the linens were luxurious. It was quiet and serene, just perfect for our needs. Don’t hesitate to book this guesthouse, relaxation is guaranteed!

Perfect honeymoon getaway

I brought my wife here for our honeymoon and it was magical! We were able to go see the stars, get breakfast at the Sugar&Cream shop and spend quality time in Gail’s cozy home!!

Comfy cozy stay

My boyfriend and I were In town for the maple fest. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the guesthouse but it was the perfect little place to stay. Very clean, organized and stocked with everything you need. The bed was the MOST comfortable bed! It was private and Gail was extremely knowledgeable with things to do and places to eat as well as responsive for arrival and leaving. We would absolutely stay again!

Clean, comfortable and quiet

This is an adorable little guesthouse! Perfect for a couples getaway, and also safe for a single who may be looking for hiking, star gazing, etc. close to cherry springs state park, wellsboro, fall foliage viewing. Also great for a day trip to Letchworth state park in New York, Benezette for elk viewing, Kinzua bridge. We enjoyed the central location for all of these attractions. Looking forward to coming back again!
