Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Sunrise Suite 307 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the third floor. There is parking for 2 cars
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

Fine but lacked on cleanliness

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental overall was fine. It had what we needed and it was in a great location with a great view. However, it lacked on overall cleanliness. When we walked in the door the first thing that hit me was the smell of smoke, and the bathroom had a urine odor to it as well. The dishwasher was rusted, which was the main reason we picked a condo over a hotel, so that was a major issue. There was a dingy sock left in the drier and just several other things that gave me pause while staying.

Nothing beats that view! The place was nice inside, clean and very beachy. Bed was comfortable and my kiddo loved the single bed on the wall area.

Perfect location

Wonderful property right on the beach and a full ocean view from the balcony. Onsite parking and several places in walking distance. Condo was clean and had everything needed!

Overall ok

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location except when the bars close and you hear very loud drunk people walking to beach. Very clean but need more toilet paper, paper towels, measuring spoons.Need more than 1 key or just go to total keypad room entry. Not much for amenities for price. As far as staff, there are none except for hours later by phone. Been coming here for 20 years and the staff are what is missing the most. Could always count on them. Now, very impersonable. Used to be more affordable in off season. Now not so much. Overall ok and convenient.

Easy to find and free parking is huge; bonus was the elevator at front of building to lug suitcases up; unit itself was... eh, fine. Nothing super special about it, but it served our purpose (mother & daughter 2-night stay) just fine since we didn't need much :) I would stay at the property again, but would probably try to find another unit.

Loved this condo!!

This location was perfect to walk to a few restaurants and bars. At first I must admit, I was a little disappointed with the old looking kitchen cabinets and tiny bathroom, but after our first day there I could totally overlook those minor things. The location was perfect and ours was right on the end and we could sit and watch the ocean, the sunrise and the surfers. It's quick to get down to the beach to walk in the mornings or evenings with the stairway in the front of the building, near the beach. (Thanks for the luggage cart in the back of the building & elevator for unloading and unloading our car!) I would come back and stay here again. I had my Lysol wipes with me, so I was able to wipe some of the stains/drips off the cabinets and drawers so it looked a little better. We had plenty of plates, mugs, glasses and silverware. We appreciate the dishwasher tablets since I forgot to bring any with me. We can't wait to return! I can recommend the Mexican restaurant that's right next door. We also toured the Battleship North Carolina and enjoyed that. We ran into a local who recommended Indochine with a Japanese garden and we loved it. (that restaurant you have to drive to, but it was awesome) Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect location for our girls trip. The view is spectacular! Lots of things to do in the area and the majority is walkable. The only downside we came up with was the coded door to access the building did not work so any had access to it. Also, the 3 flights of stairs kicked my butt at first but by the end it was no issue.

Nice unit but needs better directions to find it

The unit itself was fine. However, locating the unit was hard. You need post a better floor plan. Also, the locks need to be serviced. The keyboard didn’t work

Short & Sweet Beach Getaway

This was a great property right on the beach and convenient to all shops and restaurants. I was traveling with my 90 year old mother so the only recommendation that I would have is to install handrails in the shower for the elderly travelers. Aside from that, excellent!

Best location ever!

We will definitely be back. This third story apartment is right over the pool and overlooks the beach. Walk right out to restaurants and shops!

It’s under new management now, but the suites are still the same. Kinda miss not having someone at the front desk. Seems less personal; yet the check-in process was easy, and the room immaculate. Much to our dismay, however, the elevator was out of service the whole time we were there, which required lugging all our stuff up 3 flights in summer heat. Not a fun way to start and end a vacation. Still, love the ambiance, the short walk to most things one needs at the beach, and walking the Loop in the mornings! We’ll be back

Beautiful Views

The views from this property are amazing! (even better then the the online pictures). So many pretty sunrises from the balcony. Wonderful location... we walked to all restaurants and stores. Very clean with comfortable King bed. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we would suggest is updating/adding to kitchen dishes/appliances. No ice maker. Need ice trays or buy bags when arrive. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy Wrightsville Beach.
