Seaview es una atractiva asociación de condominios de 25 unidades ubicada directamente en la hermosa playa de Madeira, Golfo de México. Seaview # 105 es un amplio condominio en el primer piso situado en una esquina que se beneficia de un balcón extra grande que mira directamente sobre la piscina y hacia la playa.

La asociación ofrece un administrador de propiedades en el lugar que permite un registro fácil y un personal servicial que atiende la oficina los 7 días de la semana en caso de cualquier pregunta.

El condominio de planta abierta ofrece sala de estar y cocina con vista al amplio balcón. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos modernos. También hay una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora. El salón se beneficia de un televisor de pantalla plana y un reproductor de DVD que le permite acceder a su cuenta de Netflix a través del wifi incluido.

Ambas habitaciones están decoradas con buen gusto. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king, mientras que el segundo dormitorio ofrece 2 x camas dobles. El cuarto de baño uno (Master en-suite) ofrece una cabina de ducha WC y lavabo, mientras que el baño dos ofrece una bañera / ducha, WC y lavabo.

John's Pass Village con más de 150 tiendas, restaurantes y deportes acuáticos se encuentra a poca distancia de Seaview. También está cerca de Buccaneer Boat Rentals, Capitán Mike's Watersports, Hubbard's Marina, Fly-n-High Parasail & Waverunners y Parrots of the Caribbean.

The unit was beautiful, very updated and extremely comfortable. The view from the large balcony was amazing! This unit had everything you could want on vacation. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools and appliances you could need. The beach chairs and equipment were very much appreciated and well stocked! I highly recommend staying here. The beach was very nice, pool and hot tub were immaculate. Walking distance to many restaurants and John’s Pass. The owner and management team were very attentive during the whole stay.

PERFECTION

MY SISTER AND I HAD A WONDERFUL STAY AT SEAVIEW. IT IS VERY SPACIOUS AND THE PATIO EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. COMFORTABLE SEATING/ BOTH SHADE AND SUN. BEACH IS NICE FOR WALKING. UNIT HAD EVERYTHING WE COULD NEED. CONSTRUCTION NOISE WAS A LITTLE CHALLENGING AT TIMES (STILL REPAIRS ON BEACH ANE NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES) BUT WHEN YOU CLOSE PATIO DOORS YOU CAN’T HEAR A THING. THE REEF RESTAURANT RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET AND JOHNS PASS JUST SHORT WALK WAS GREAT FOR OUR MEALS. WE HOPE TO MAKE THIS AN ANNUAL TRIP AND WOULD LOVE TO BOOK AGAIN.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is a real gem! And if the rating was for the condo inside and the pool/hot tub only, I would rate it a 5.However the elevator in this building is a real problem and even though this condo is on the first floor, I have two bad knees (getting a total knee replacement April 28th), and the two flights of stairs were annoying, irritating and challenging every time the elevator was not working: When we arrived, when we left, and at least five times during out two week stay. Not only that, but the noise from someone trying to fix it was awfully loud and because one of our bedrooms adjoined the elevator wall, it not only woke us up every time it needed fixing, but also through the night/early morning hours when the elevator was running and the buzzing noise came through the wall. How do you spell insulation??? Check before you reserve this unit. Sea View Condo owners: take note!

Beautiful beach front condo

This Seaview Condo is beautiful with everything you need for the beach (towels, chairs) and the deck is an amazing spot to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets! It’s a well equipped kitchen as well. This condo is in incredible shape following the fall 2024 hurricanes and the beach is beautiful. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. Pool is heated. Close to many restaurants. Highly recommend!

Stunning sunsets from your deck!!

Honestly, this condo exceeded our expectations. It was even better than the photos showed, which is rare!! Location is convenient to grocery shopping and walkable/short drivable to several great restaurants. The condo itself was spotless, very well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath/beach towels and beach equipment, including a beach umbrella! However, you didn't even have to leave your incredibly furnished private deck to enjoy the gulf views and beautiful sunsets. Don't hesitate to rent this great condo!

Amazing Condo

One of the best condos I’ve ever stayed in. Unit was in impeccable condition with all updated fixtures and technology. The view from the balcony is second to none and the views of the sunset are absolutely unmatched. The neighborhood is still recovering from the hurricane, so there was constant construction going on and a lot of businesses were closed, which is totally understandable. Would definitely like to return again.

The condo was incredible. It was very clean and furnished beautifully. We absolutely loved the kitchen and want one just like it. The location was perfect with great access to the beach and surrounding areas. We would love to stay here again.

Beachfront Beauty

Beautiful condo on the beach with a large porch. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all of the amenities you need for a fabulous getaway. Beds comfortable. Huge TVs. Great beach just steps away. Parking was easy for us too. Thank you!

Fantastic location for a great vacation

The property is absolutely beautiful just as billed online. The location can’t be beat having two small children with easy access to a heated pool and the beach was perfect for a great week. Definitely hoping to stay there again in the future.

Outstanding

The pictures accurately describe the outstanding renovations done on this condo, and we were very comfortable. We appreciated the fans, makeup mirror, cooler, great balcony furniture, and all the beach equipment you need. There were two beach chairs that sat a bit higher, which is great for us older beach lovers. The property grounds are well maintained. Our only disappointment was it is already booked for next year. We hope to return.

As advertised and more!

Property was better than the photos. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The large ocean front deck has plenty of sunshine and amazing views of the beach and ocean. The surrounding building was clean and well cared for. Every morning the pool area was ready for guests to enjoy. Poolside lounge chairs were always available and the space was large enough for all guests to enjoy. Madeira Beach has plenty of great restaurants, some just right across the street from the condo. Grocery store and fun shops are also close. Nichola, the host, always responded quickly and was very accommodating. When we return to Madeira Beach we will definitely stay with Nichola.

Beautiful condo terrible management

The condo was beautiful and had plenty of room for all 6 of us. Communication with owner was good. Had some issues with check in and property management. Arrived early and had notified Seaview of our arrival several days before as we were hoping condo would be ready before 4. I spoke with management who had us arriving a day later than what was booked. By the time they finished cleaning it was after 4pm before we were able to get into our room. I was accused several times of being in the condo by management but was never in condo. Overall communication with the management co was terrible. Connie told me she was going to give me a gift card to the candy kitchen which I never received. The door to the building had a code. The condo had another code. The gate from the pool area to the beach had a different code and was locked with additional padlock when pool area was closed. The pool gate was not always open in the morning, so we had to walk around the building to the public beach access entrance. I had to write the codes on a piece of paper that I had to make sure I took with me whenever I left the condo. I just can't remember like I use to.

Best vacation ever

This place was absolutely wonderful. We had everything we ever would of needed. You can not beat the views from the balcony. Best place to sit and drink coffee and see dolphins every morning. We will be back for sure!

Seaview Stay

We loved our stay here. The condo is so spacious, clean, and updated. The balcony is enormous and has the absolute best view. It’s so convenient to get to the pool and the beach. They have beach chairs and towels at the condo to use, which was so nice! When we return to Madeira Beach we will definitely be staying here again.

Another wonderful stay

This is the second time we have stayed here and it’s just wonderful!! The condo is beautiful, clean, and stocked with ALL the beach gear you need. There are beach towels, beach chairs, toys, and a canopy!! We couldn’t have had a better time!

We (Nichola and I) purchased Seaview #105 in 2008 - I had spent many happy hours as a child, staying in these very condominiums with my mother. They were such great times and I had always dreamed of owning one of the Condo's. The dream became a reality in 2008 and now we love spending time at Seaview with our own family and friends. We currently live in California having moved to the USA from the UK in 2010. Our plan is to work hard enough to retire early and live the Florida lifestyle everyday some day soon!

As per above - I chose to buy this condo as I always loved it as a child. The views are spectacular and the location of Seaview is just idyllic. This is a great location whether you are looking for a family holiday, romantic retreat or extended holiday during retirement.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Condo #105 if just on the first floor and being also a corner unit, has a lovely large extended balcony - ideal for sunbathing, relaxing, and entertaining. It is also very private.
