WE ARE FULLY RECOVERED AND REOPENED AFTER THE HURICANE.


This exceptional CORNER UNIT is completely updated with high end finishes throughout that will not disappoint.
Unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Fully furnished kitchen with all utensils, refrigerator with ice maker, full size oven/stove, microwave. Full size washer and dryer. Two large bathrooms with full size showers. Bath towels are furnished.
This 1525 sq ft condo comfortably sleeps 5 guests. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, large closet, HDTV and full bath with double sinks and walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom offers a queen and twin bed, HDTV and a large closet.

Located on the Gulf of Mexico in Madeira Beach, FL this property is just north of St Pete Beach and Treasure Island and south of Clearwater Beach. Enjoy all that Madeira Beach has to offer in the many shops, restaurants, and entertainment including several options at John’s Pass in Madeira Beach. After you have played in the sands, taken a dip in the heated spa and pool and are ready for a change of pace spend some time in downtown Tampa or St. Pete and enjoy the many entertainment options including: arts, culture, restaurants & bars, live music, or stroll the new Pier in St Pete. Located approximately 35 minutes to Tampa International Airport, an hour and a half to Disney World in Orlando, and 25 minutes to nationally rated Clearwater Beach. You are never too far from any of the popular attractions.
We provide chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a cooler.

This place is a 10 out of 10! It was immaculate. The kitchen had so many things stocked in it that I would typically have to buy. The furniture and decor were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. The ocean views are heavenly. The host was great! Always available and checked on us to make sure we got in ok. I will most definitely be back!

Wonderful Beachfront

The property owners and condo are top notch. Everything is as is promised. Great location to multiple beaches. The Seaview property is well kept and the pool area is the best around that location. We would definitely come back to this condo.

Great beachfront condo

The condo was very clean, organized and well stocked with kitchen essentials and beach gear. Communication with the host was easy and they were very kind and really took pride in maintaining a beautiful unit. We have stayed in this building several times over the years and we love the pool area, big deck and super easy beach access.

NEW VACATION CONDO!!!!!

This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in on vacation, not to mention this is the largest! The balcony was huge, kitchen is incredible, master bedroom and master bath are incredible as well. I could not get over how large the walk in shower is, I am a big guy and had so much room for activities. We have two small children 4 & 6, they slept wonderfully in the second bedroom. The living room and dining areas are massive. We enjoyed how close to the ocean the complex is, Its literally on the beach. This is not a short walk, or any of that junk its right there.... boom.... on the beach. The condo also has a full size washer and dryer, none of that stacked junk that takes several loads to complete laundry. The condo was well stocked with supplies. A huge plus was we had a designated parking spot so no having to hunt for parking spaces. We also really liked having two codes to get in the lobby, and pool area from the beach as this keeps things safer and much less crowded at the pool area. The pool and hot tub were nice and we really enjoyed the covered areas in the hot FL sun when not in the water. Another HUGE thing was having two CLEAN bathrooms at the pool area... so no running to the room when nature calls. The condo was also very quiet, the area is quiet especially compared to more high traffic areas like Clearwater or St. Pete. Bottom line …. We would most definitely come back, we loved the entire experience!

Stay

Our only issue: We were not asked if we wanted the unit for next year (2025). While staying in the unit, we asked for the unit next year (the entire month of March) and it was already booked. I guess we don’t know how the process works. We always thought that you couldn’t book more than a year in advance. Not true. Very disappointed with that. Otherwise, the unit is great!!!

Beautiful spot

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo is clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. Awesome vacation stay

We recently spent two weeks at this condo and I can't think of a single thing missing that would have made our stay more enjoyable. Terrific beach, walking distance to several food and entertainment options. Very well equipped as far as beach and kitchen necessities, comfortable beds and furniture. The deck provided a great viewing spot for the dolphins that cruised by pretty much every morning while we had our coffee. Excellent communication with the host, we were well informed before and during our stay. We will definitely consider this place in the future.

Beautiful clean condo!

We loved our stay at Seaview 205 in Maidera Beach! Beautiful clean spacious condo. This was the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in and my husband and I have rented many. The kitchen had nice cookware, fully stocked with extra spices, paper towels, dish soap, etc. There are plenty of bath towels, extra pillows and blankets and everything you will need for the beach including umbrellas, chairs and beach towels. We will definitely stay here again!

Heaven at the Beach

Every thing about this condo is perfection. It’s beautiful, the location is directly on the beach and close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores. This condo is fully stocked with beach necessities too. Nice surprise! Anything you need is in the kitchen, absolutely anything and everything. Very clean, super nice furnishings, beds/mattresses were great. The pool is awesome, plenty of room for all guests. The owner is very communicative, great to work with. We will definitely stay here again! We loved every minute of our stay.

Summer Vacation 23

The property is just as beautiful as advertised. The proximity to all St. Petersburg and the Gulf Coast has to offer was amazing. The smaller complex is great for those wanting to use the pool or hot tub over the very convenient beach access/ocean out your back patio. The unit was spacious and the extra beach accessories provided was as added bonus. We were able to watch dolphins in the morning on the patio and my family is asking to go back to spend more time on the sand bar right off the beach. Communication with the host was amazing as she was always available and even reached out to ensure nothing else was needed.

Wonderful

This is our 2nd time staying at this unit. Each time has been a great experience the unit is well stocked with towels, umbrellas, chairs etc & essentials to assist you during your stay. Very clean, & spacious. The owner maintains easy access to them during your stay. Staying at a nice, clean place makes your vacationing experience much better. Fantastic condo and ocean front!

I can’t say enough about the accommodations. Beach towels and chairs are provided. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living area are nicely appointed with absolutely everything you need. The owner is so gracious and helpful. Will definitely go back. I highly recommend this condo!

Great space - great location

The spacious condo was perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. It was furnished with all necessary kitchen utensils & beach chairs, towels, etc. It was comfortable and met all our expectations.

Fun on the beach

We were very pleased with our property and view of the gulf. The refrigerator was not cooling properly. We contacted the owner and he had someone out the next day to fix it. We hope to stay again here in the future.
