Very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the waterfall. Communication with host was excellent. Excellent restaurants nearby. We would stay there again.

The condo was very clean and had amenities that made our stay, especially the first night after a long drive, very pleasant. The view was as pictured, and sitting on the balcony listening to the falls was very nice. The hosts responded to any questions we had in a timely manner, and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend Hope someday get back in the fall to see the colors on the mountains across from the waterfalls.

The property was well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and exactly as described. We had trailered a motorcycle with us and found the parking area, for us, was a little tight but manageable.

On your first entry open the screen door and put your palm over the black key pad, in a few seconds it will illuminate and you put in the entry code. Upon leaving just shut the door. Bathtub stopper needs repair. Everything else was great. The waterfalls are so close! They have such a beautiful “music” we slept with the sliding door open to be able to hear them. We ate at The Pisgah Inn, The Grand Old Train Station, The Greystone Inn( open on Sunday and a lot are not) The Orchard, and had great food at all of them. We really enjoyed our stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Absolutely beautiful views and very nice condo . The condo has everything you need to make you feel like home. This is a very nice place and met over and above our expectations. The town was sweet and welcoming to everyone and has great restaurants near by. We will definitely come back to this beautiful place.

This is a great place with a great location. Well kept, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. After each day of sightseeing and hiking it was nice to come back to enjoy taking in the waterfall from the deck. At least a dozen times my wife commented on how much she enjoyed the place and said things like, "This is one of my favorite vacations ever!" Our goal was to get as easy access as possible to the Black Balsam/Shining Rock area of the Blue Ridge Parkway, and this worked well for that, with a pleasant 45-minute drive to the parkway on uncrowded (and curvy) country roads. (The other option for access to those areas would have been to stay in Brevard but we would not have liked that nearly as much.) Great access to a lot of nice waterfall hikes too, both locally and within an hours drive away. Just one tip - Lake Toxaway has no public lake access so if that's what you're after, you'll need to choose a different lake. Our main goal was to get in some good hikes and this was perfect for that, with the added bonus of a very enjoyable place to stay. Definitely hope to do it again!

When we arrived the condo was clean and smelled good. It is nicely decorated . The view from the deck is amazing with the waterfall. There are so many nice personal touches. You feel like you have come home.

PERFECT STAY!! Everything was clean, the condo was in a great location, and the views were incredible!! From star gazing to watching the waterfall I was blown away by the view! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again! The Mexican restaurant next door is wonderful, and the Panther House Cafe down the road is great for breakfast and lunch! Thank you so much to the wonderful hosts!

This was an absolutely fabulous place to stay. The condo is gorgeous with furnishings to match. The view was amazing and the whole area around the condo was so peaceful. We went on several hikes while we were there, but I believe just hanging out in the living room looking at the falls and playing cards was my favorite thing to do. I would defifnitely plan another trip here.

Exceedingly well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Responsive owner. Nice decor and beautiful views. The building needs some work but don’t let it fool you. The view was spectacular as were the nearby restaurants The Library and Canyon Kitchen less than 20 minutes away. We had planned some touring and just enjoyed chilling out in the unit instead. Was a perfect place to celebrate a 35th anniversary.
