As you step onto the property, you will first notice the meticulously maintained tropical landscaping. This welcoming front yard is perfect for soaking in the Florida evenings and even better at welcoming you into the luxury that awaits you inside.

Stepping though the front door, you will be ushered into the main living room. This over-sized living space is outfitted with multiple full leather couches perfect for the whole family. Over the mantle sits a 55 inch 4k smart tv equipped with every internet channel you might desire.

Off to the side is the dining room. The family will have a blast relaxing and sharing a meal together at this beautiful wood-grain table. Don't miss out on a chance to play board games as you enjoy your incredible stay with us.

From there, you can make you way into the fully modernized kitchen. The kitchen boasts massive granite countertops, highlighting the gorgeous grain of the natural stone. All of the appliances are brand new stainless appliances with Wi-Fi for smart connections. This space is perfect to cook the dream dinner together.

In the corner of the kitchen, you will find our KEURIG coffee bar, complete with everything you would need to make the perfect cup. The kitchen comes fully furnishes with every glass/plate/cutlery/pot/pans/etc, that you imagine. This space is the cook's dream!

Attached to the kitchen you will find the laundry room. Our oversized, brand new, washer/dryer are sitting ready for you to wash, dry, and fold just like you would at your own home. Every appliance is brand new!

As you take the next steps down the hallway you will find the extra large spa style bathroom. This bathroom features floor-to-ceiling tile, as well as a full shower tower with 15+ different jet options to make sure that your shower is a fully immersive spa experience. In the corner, you will notice the extra deep, freestanding original antique soaker tub, perfect for relaxing and pampering. Imagine winding your days down in this spa-style environment.

As you step across the hall, you will find yourself in the study/office. This office is equipped with a natural wood-grain desk with chair for a perfect working environment. Best of all, the office views are unbeatable! Spend your day working from home, watching the Florida sun go by! Also, don't forget about the full size leather day bed, for the perfect night's rest as well the perfect resting couch during the day.

The master bedroom is equipped with a 12 inch gel memory Foam queen mattress that is guaranteed to set you right to sleep. The oversized pillows and luxury bedding are sure to make your night as comfy as possible. A 55inch smart tv is mounted to the wall just in case you want to catch a show as you are dozing off. And, don't worry, there is ample storage space for your clothing in the all cedar walk in closet.

The third bedroom also includes a bunk bed complete with two twins, and a full. Each bed is equipped with a memory foam mattress as well as luxury bedding of the perfect night's sleep.

As you go outside to the backyard, you will step into the greatest feature of the entire property. This backyard is fully equipped with two backyard decks. There is a full seating area for you to enjoy the perfect weather outside. This backyard is fully fenced and a groundskeeper is included in your stay for maintenance free living.
