Gorgeous like new condition open-floor plan home in the heart of the Hamptons. Close to everything; Flying Point Beach, Parrish Art Museum, Duck Walk Vineyard & Hanks Pumpkin Town!
Walking distance to Water Mill town restaurants or drive less than 5 minutes to Southampton village restaurants.
Main Floor:
Living room with 75” Samsung frame TV and giant sectional, Master suite with king size bed, TV and full bath, kitchen that is open to a large bright family room with 65” Samsung frame tv, half bathroom, laundry room.
Second Floor:
Master bedroom with king size bed, TV and full bath, second bedroom with king size bed, TV and full bath, third bedroom with queen size bed, TV and full bath
Tv room with sectional, connects to a “slumber room” with 6 full beds, 2 closets & 12 drawers.
Basement: large bedroom with two full size beds, TV and full bath, half bathroom, gym with TV, Peloton treadmill, Peloton bicycle and elliptical, huge game room with 75” tv, giant sectional, foosball table, ping pong table, air hockey table
Outside:
Large, covered porch with Serena & Lily furniture, outdoor sound system, teak dining table, 20’x50’ heated gunite pool with electric cover, clay tennis court with sitting area, 8 teak lounge chairs by pool, oversized teak umbrellas, copper fire pit with teak Adirondack chairs.
Two car garage fully stocked with bicycles, stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, kayaks and beach toys.
House is fully stocked for a gorgeous dinner party with plates, flatware, glassware and cooking equipment & serving platters.

We are a family of 5 that live in Locust Valley. This is our dream summer home that we spend all of July in but like to rent it when we aren't using it! We love to have family and friends over. This is a truly HAPPY house.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
I absolutely love our location. We are in the heart of the Hamptons; walking distance to Parrish Art Museum, Duck Walk Vineyard and the super fun for kids Hank's Pumpkin Town! We love to take a quick drive over to The Cut at Flying Point to kayak and stand up paddle board. Our favorite beach, Flying Point, is a 5 minute drive and we love to drive on during sunset and go for a swim during the hot summer nights.

It's a super private lot with a gorgeous pool and tennis court. The sunsets are insane from our house. The basement is great for entertaining. Our added "slumber room" is a huge bonus room.
