Absolutely fantastic two-house retreat for our crew’s Austin trip. Great amenities (backyard bbq was our standout) and plenty of space for our 8-person crew. Kyle was friendly and accessible and left a fantastic guidebook for trip inspiration! Would absolutely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Kyle the host was very communicative and made sure to warm up the pool for us before our arrival! Austin was uncharacteristically cool that weekend so we loved that amenity!

Great host, great place

10 of us stayed here for a bachelor party and we each had our own bed. The host was great. Close to everything. Would definitely stay again if we had a large group to come back with.

Good location and spacious property

The location of this property for a large group is good for accessing downtown. The space inside the home is great for a large group. You will not feel “on top of each other.” You can tell the owner tries to make the property accommodate guests, contributing to an overall pleasant stay. There was plenty of soap, toilet paper, towels. Upon arriving at check in time , the cleaning staff was still cleaning and did not finish until approximately 45 minutes after check-in time. They stated the guests prior left the property in a mess. They were working hard to clean the best they could. Unfortunately in one of the bedrooms it presented with a smell that was unpleasant and required keeping the window open. Had to re-wash some linens in another bedroom due to them smelling unclean. Some of the dishes were put away unclean. We were empathetic to the situation knowing that the previous tenants were unclean and left things very dirty for cleaning staff. Despite this, the two units could absolutely benefit from a deep cleaning. We had an issue with the lock on one of the units during our stay. Kyle was super responsive and the issue was rectified within a few hours of notification of the problem. This property seems great for large groups (ie. Bachelor parties, girls weekend, etc). If you are OCD about cleanliness and furniture being in less than perfect shape this may not be the place for you. Overall, would recommend. It was just unfortunate the renters prior to us were so unclean.

The property is usually spotless. We had the worst group we've had in the three years of renting the property before this group and they left late, leaving the cleaning crew and myself to scramble to fix things and clean. The place did receive a deep cleaning it needed and unfortunately we had back to back guests so were unable to do it before their stay. We care very much about the experience of our guests and can assure future guests this was a one time, completely unlikely event that will not happen again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our trip to Austin. It was in a great location, plenty of room and beds for all, and the fact that it was TWO houses for this listing made it an even more comfortable stay. Kyle was a phenomenal host as well. He was very quick to respond to all of my messages and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're looking to travel to Austin and we'll certainly be choosing this location again the next time we come back to Austin!

Great spot and good value!

Easy to get around to different Atx hotspots (most areas only a 10-15 mins by car). Spacious house and yard area and nice little neighborhood -- no safety concerns or anything of the sort.

Amazing Trip

Amazing house in a great location. So close to downtown and a very short Uber ride away from anywhere. Kyle was an amazing host and will definitely stay here again next time I am in Austin!

Perfect for big groups!

Stayed here for a wedding with a group of 10 old friends and it was perfect for what we needed! Fully stocked fun house with cornhole/board games/Alexa/bluetooth speakers/foldout tables, enough space and comfortable beds for everyone to spread out and have their privacy... basically everything a big group or bachelor/bachelorette party would need to have a good time. My favorite part about it was the proximity to everything! Just a 5-10 min inexpensive Uber/Lyft to Rainey, 6th street, East Austin, and several other popular neighborhoods! Kyle was a very accommodating host and quick to reply if we ever had a question or issue. Thanks again Kyle, hope to return for another stay sometime!

Fantastic house for a large group!

This was an incredible house and experience for first time visitors to Austin. Kyle was an incredible host, answered all our questions very quickly, and provided a ton of recommendations.
