Community features include an outdoor pool, playground, and paved walking trails. The home features a private patio overlooking an on-site lake and its very own GAME ROOM! The bright, spacious interior comes recently updated with all new flooring, fixtures, and stylish design.
After the day's adventures, unwind with a cold drink on the patio or head kick back on the living room sofa to stream shows and movies on the smart TV. You'll find all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils needed for at-home meal planning, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There's seating for four at the breakfast bar and the adjacent dining table sit-down meals. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer and more!!
