Positives: -clean -cute furnishings -good water pressure in shower -comfortable bed -super comfy couch -quiet/nice neighborhood Negatives -ac units didn’t get humidity out of house at all or cool it down very well. They’re also very loud and had to be running 24/7 to help at all. -due to humidity in the house, bedroom smelled kind of musty. -missing quite a few dishes. Plenty of plates. But only 1 bowl and 1 larger cup.

Cute, clean, & so cozy

A gem of a find in Ft Lauderdale/Wilton Manors. This apartment is exactly as it's listed. Hosts were very proactive & in tune to any needs I may have had. All was well & zero complaint. I'll definitely book with themagain.

Cute But needs work

There were a lot of little issues with this property, but I will address a couple of the major ones. The Bed was made with two flat sheets, which the bottom one was a rumpled pile in the middle of the bed by morning. When we pulled everything off to remake, we found significant stains on the mattress protector. Additionally, we booked for 6 days, for two adults, and were provided exactly two towels. If there had been on site laundry, this would have been fine, but I don't go on vacation to sit in a laundromat and wash someone ese's towels. We bought a king sheet set from Target just so we could sleep on something clean and unstained. The shower stall floor is slippery, but I was able to remain standing by having one shoulder against the wall and the other against the sliding door, as the shower is only 25" wide. The kitchen sink faucet is missing the aerator and sprays water everywhere. The bathroom sink stopper up down pull knob is broken off, an I had to pry open the drain plunger with a fork in order to drain water from the sink. The toilet seat is very loose, and almost caused me to slip off when sitting down. The freezer didn't have a single ice tray. We asked for extra towels, and were told the cleaning service would bring them by, but that never happened. Host was initially responsive, but ghosted us on day two for 36 hours while we were trying to get additional towels. We ended up buying towels from Target as well. We don't need fancy, just clean and stocked.

Closer attention

Space needs to be thoroughly cleaned & checked for upkeep/bathroom & kitchen. Used dried face towel in shower upon arrival. Light in refrigerator and stovetop don’t work.

Would have given 5 stars but was short stocked on stuff. Only one bowl and one hand/dish towels. Was a nice, convenient place and great value for the price.

House for Halloween

October 31st, 2024, I brought my son (24) and his boyfriend (21) to enjoy theit first experience at Wicked Manors. Eady check-in, clean, friendly, large enough for 3, and close to many local events. Gretra and Vianca were great hosts. If there was something we needed, they would offer to come by and drop it off. Don't wait! Book for bext year . You won't be disappointed.

Will absolutely book again!

I frequent SoFlo and will most definitely book this quaint, comfortable apartment again. The neighbors were kind, check-in was a breeze, parking right in the front was very convenient and we were near the fwy with easy access to Miami. This is an affordable option & a bonus was a tea kettle on the stove that we put into use! Already planning our next stay. Thank you for making our sister trip complete!

Middle River Terrace is in Broward County and is one of the best places to live in Florida. Staying in Middle River Terrace offers an urban suburban mix feel. The neighborhood has many surrounding bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many families live in Middle River Terrace and residents tend to be liberal. It is perfectly safe to walk here.

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Restaurants, bars and grocery store are within walking distance.
