A beautiful waterfront condo just a short walk from historic Greenport village, this newly remodeled unit provides stunning waterfront views, two modern bathrooms, a renovated kitchen, a dedicated boat slip, and community tennis/pickleball courts, an award-winning swimming pool on the Peconic Bay, and is located close to all the wineries, farm stands and beaches the North Fork has to offer. With four comfortable bunk beds in one bedroom and a new queen-sized bed in the master, your whole family will love staying here. Note: Inquire about renting our additional unit located right next door and enjoy extra accommodations for friends and family.

We are not allowing pets; however, if you have a small pet (under 10 lbs.) there will be an additional fee of $35 p/night.

Also, if A/C is used, there will be a fee of $100 for the entire stay.

Additional guests (more than two adults) will be charged an additional fee of $100 p/guest p/night.

Amazing location

My family just recently stayed at this property and we had an amazing stay. We woke up, on the water, with beautiful boats and sailboats passing by. The condo is in a perfect location, very close to town, and has a great pool on its grounds. We hope to spend more time out in Greenport and I hope Carole's place will be available when that time comes.

WOW....Thank you so much for your great review....You were our very first guest at our newly renovated condo and I really, really appreciate your comments. First, because it was initially very anxiety producing in that we hoped that whoever stayed with us would love it as much as we do and that we offered the right accommodations for a comfortable stay and Second, we needed some positive reviews that would attract other guests to select our lodgings. Beautiful condo, fantastic location!

We definitely recommend this property and can't wait until we can come back! Pristine condo, beautifully decorated...felt like we were living in a model home! The location can't be beat...we spent hours on the porch enjoying the water view and watching the boats go by. And a 2 block walk to town/restaurants made this the perfect place to vacation! Just lovely! Thank you Carole!!

Absolutely wonderful

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were truly stunning, brand new, and equipped with everything. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms impeccably clean with new towels. The view from the living room was gorgeous, watching the boats drive by. Our host was incredibly accommodating and accessible with an immediate response to any question. Check in was easy. Definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed. I highly recommend.

Seaside Greenport Beauty

We had a wonderful time. Carole, the owner, was a delight. She was extremely responsive and helpful. She and her husband even lent us a fishing pole for our 7 year old …his first time fishing! It’s a short walk to town, beaches are close and so ilare many wineries…and the condo is beautifully renovated. We enjoyed watching the boats sail by each day on the deck. We hope to stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Spectacular view

Carole provided us with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for more beautiful accommodations. The view from the bedroom and patio was spectacular! The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were so soft. We enjoyed a day at the beach in Orient Point and a lovely day at the pool. In the evening, we strolled into town and had dinner at Crabby Jerry’s… the lobster and clam chowder was delicious. They had a live band and the atmosphere on the pier was very festive! There are many other restaurants to choose from for a quiet dinner. The creamery was a big hit with our family.. best ice cream ever.!
