Right at the base of Beaver Creek mountain, the location is convenient for those who love to hike and rock climb, and ski in the winter. Drive around town to discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions to complete your awesome vacation. You're also just 500 feet away from both the bus stop and Eagle River.

Inside you'll be welcomed by a bright interior with lots of natural light. The living area invites you in to gather on the comfortable furniture in front of the fireplace to watch a movie on the TV above the mantle. Prepare grand meals or on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances. If you prefer cooking in the fresh air, bring dinner out to the grill on the back deck. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio as the sun rises over the Rocky Mountains, making memories that'll last a lifetime. Sleep comfortably in one of the two Queen-size beds and enjoy plenty of room for your personal effects in the spacious bedrooms. Don't forget to wash off the day's activities in the luxurious walk-in shower.

The no smoking rule also applies to vaping. Neither are permitted on the premises whatsoever.
The indoor closet can be used to store skis, snowboards, waders etc..

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
