The Space:

Welcome to Tutti Frutti, the perfect spot for your next getaway! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach, this pet-friendly home is just minutes from excellent restaurants, beach boutiques, and live entertainment.



Tutti Frutti is a lovely cottage-style home with three bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to seven. Lovely finishes, beautiful details, and pastel shades set the stage for this peaceful retreat accented by pine hardwood flooring and shiplap ceilings. Share space in the open-concept living/dining area tastefully decorated with cozy furnishings. Gather on the sofa in the living room for a movie on the flat-screen TV, or around the dining room table with seating for four.  You’ll find the beautifully appointed kitchen bright and cheerful and loaded with plenty of counter and cabinet space. Grab a glass of wine, prep some snacks, and cook delicious meals together on nights you’d prefer to stay in. Afterward, hang out on the large screened-in porch showcasing the Florida landscape while the kids run around and play as the sun sinks into the horizon. When it’s time to settle in, enjoy peaceful bliss in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bath. You’ll also find two additional guest suites, just as inviting, while an outdoor shower will come in handy for washing the sand away after days at the beach.



Rent some bikes and explore the surrounding communities of Seacrest, Seaside, and Rosemary Beach. Head to the beach, do a little shopping, then take your pick from an array of restaurants, including The Blue Pearl, Cafe Thirty-A, and The Perfect Pig, all featuring fresh, local cuisine, and all equally delicious.



Please note: a dog is permitted, but it must be under 30 lbs and the non-refundable pet fee is an additional $300.



Requests for pool heating must be submitted at least a week prior to arrival and are subject to an additional $75 fee if requested within the week of arrival. Pool heat is $50 per day and must be applied to the entirety of your stay.



Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Nice little beach cottage. Love the pool and fenced in backyard. The Backyard was great for the puppies. Place was clean and a very easy short walk to the beach. Very easy to get to Downtown seaside, especially if you’re in a golf cart. Would stay there again.

Cottage style home offers plenty of peace and quiet but it is located near a beach in Florida!

This gem comes with a heated, private pool. The rental includes a pool cleaning service that comes twice a week. Just a short walk to the beach, makes up for the masses of tourists on the road. The pedestrian crossing is very helpful as 30A is a very busy thoroughfare.

We had a great stay at the Tutti Frutti! The private pool was such a nice feature to have. Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes, close enough our 3yo could walk it - as with most entrances along this area there were about 20-30 stairs to get down to the sand. The house was well stocked and very clean, overall we had a great stay!

Perfect Beach Cottage

This is the perfect beach cottage. Looked exactly as advertised on VRBO. Pool was fantastic. Could walk to the beach. It was me and my wife and our three sons (16,18,21) and dogs. Fenced in backyard was great for the dogs. The cottage never felt small, perfect size, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

A pleasant stay at Tutti Frutti

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach. The house is clean and well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and were busy with activities associated with that so we didn’t make a lot use of the kitchen and the pool, but we were happy with both. I definitely recommend Tutti-Frutti for a pleasant stay in Seagrove Beach.

Perfect little cottage for our girls trip!

This was the perfect home for our group of 3! Perfect size, great location (steps to the beach), and the bikes and pool were such a hit. Only wish the wifi worked so we could access the tv's. We would totally come back to Tutti Frutti!

Home away from home

This older home has had many upgrades, and so your overall experience is one of comfort and peacefulness. The oversized front porch swing, the comfy bedrooms, the private fenced-in back pool area with a covered grill area, the surrounding palm trees, the close walk to the beach, the three bikes that come with the home…everything was top notch. We would stay here again and again!!

Great location! Very nice place!

We loved our stay at this little hidden gem. About a 5 min walk from the beach, although with the new rules you had to walk down the beach a bit to find a public spot. The house was as clean as I've ever seen since coming to the emerald coast. Yard was big and the pool, the pool is a must for us! Very nice, very cool, and cleaned throughout our stay! The only complaint was there were supposed to be 2 kings I believe per the listing and there was only 1 king, 1 queen, and a bunk. We ended up in the Queen! Didn't sleep the best but all and all it was a fantastic trip and great place to stay!

Tutti Frutti felt like home…but at the beach!

I cannot say enough great things about this exceptional home! It was perfectly decorated and laid out in such a way that emitted the happiest feelings! It was cheerful, cozy and had all the amenities we needed! The bathrooms were so pretty and practical with plenty of space. This home is petite but never ever felt small for the 4 of us! So so cozy but never crowded! Excellent proximity to beach and very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Oh and the screened in front porch with bed swing! ☺️ Thank you, owners! Great job!

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at Tutti Frutti. House was the perfect size and we were very impressed by the backyard. The pool seemed to easily get dirty with the surrounding trees but it was also pretty windy during our stay. They had pool maintenance scheduled twice during our stay so it was nice we didn’t even have to reach out to have the pool cleaned. About a 3 minute walk to the beach. A few coffee shops and restaurants were within walking distance too! Kitchen was well stocked and our dog loved the day bed swing on the front porch. Will definitely be staying again when we come back next spring!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed this quaint cottage for an extended getaway from the cold North East. Recent renovations were well done, including a beautiful brand new backyard pool, which we did not use because the heater had not been installed yet. It was clean and comfortable, except for sewer type odors in front bathroom (that we masked with pop-up air fresheners) and a laundry room setup off the front porch that was functionally awkward. Overall though, we were very pleased with Tutti Frutti and plan to stay again.
