Place was located in great location. Beds were comfortable. Great amount of towels available. Pato was fenced and that was perfect for our pups. Everything was clean and we really appreciated the basic cleaning kit. TVs in each room.

Great home with lots of space for teens and their friends. Loved the balconies on the 2nd floor as well as the pool. Good location to the beach and restaurants.

Loved our stay here!! Very easy check in great location very short walk to the beach plenty of parking house was very spacious and clean. Would be great too for a family with kids. Maybe book for family reunion here for next year!!

This home is perfect. There is an abundance of shared and personal space. The outdoor pool area was so lovely. It felt like home the moment we walked in. The location is perfect to enjoy the beach and all the wonderful shopping and activities. Our family vacations on 30a twice a year and this has been my favorite place to stay. Bravo to the hosts for creating such an inviting space!

Property was excellent, pool was perfect plenty of room and very clean. I would have liked to have the golf cart included and water, coffee, extra trash bags for stay. Just a few little amenities would have made it perfect.

Great property for large families. This house fit our family of 7 perfectly. The outside pool area was great. Some cleaning up of the landscaping would be beneficial to this area. The kitchen is large enough for the entire family to hangout and chat. We recommend to friends to stay at this unit. We used the Santa Clara beach access point which you would need a golf cart to get to.

Nice location but not clean

We enjoyed our trip but the house definitely had issues over the course of our stay. The house appears clean at first glance but we quickly realized it wasn’t. The floors were filthy, one set of pillows had stains and hair on them, towels were stained, there was crumbs in one of the beds. It seemed like the sheets had not been changed. I took pictures of everything if the rental company would like to see. It’s obvious the house has not had a deep clean in a long time. We paid for the pool to be heated and by day two the heat stopped working but nothing was done by management. We left the house cleaner than we found it so it’s very frustrating to be charged a cleaning fee. The location is great and proximity to the beach was wonderful but we will be renting elsewhere next time we visit the area.

Our stay

Overall our stay was fine. However there are some things to note when staying at the property that aren’t clear from the description or photos. 1. The queen size bedroom listed in photos. The bedroom is at the very back of the bottom floor of the house. You have to enter another bedroom and bathroom to get to this room. Because of this it didn’t feel very private and neither did the bunk bed room that you have to walk through to get to the bed. These two rooms share a bathroom too. 2. The AC was not working when we checked in. There was no local property manager. The number given on the house instructions is an abroad call center. They could not give us a time the AC guys would be at the house. Thankfully they showed up about an hour after calling and were able to get it fixed. However, there did seem to be setting locks on the AC that would not allow you to put the temps below 71. For July month this was difficult. Upstairs rooms in the evenings got hot and the downstairs queen room was hot the entire stay and seemed to run a different unit that would not go below 72. It was very hot in the back rooms. Other than the above the house was fine. Great location, we appreciated an early check-in. Bedrooms upstairs were nice and roomy. The house also came equipped with all we needed.
